They were able to offer help when needed and guided me towards what I was looking for. They also had a great buy one get one half off deal going, so I was able to treat my wife to a pair too. Overall a great visit and I will definitely be back next time I need a pair of boots.

After looking at all the clothing, we decided on a tie dye tee shirt for each of us - bright colors for Husband and soft pastels for me. We didn't buy a bag, but we were tempted! It too was tie dye. I was a new customer and was not told the store policy at the time of purchase. Essentially, I was punished for shopping there. I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.
