As I near my one year anniversary with Track Club, I have to say this is one of the best gyms I…read morehave been to. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

Not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I have met great people and friends through the gym. We hold each other accountable in fun and great ways, and they make me want to jump out of bed in the morning to make the 6:30 class. If other gyms have failed you, you need to give this one a try. I have been going to Trifit classes for over a year now and instead of dreading my workouts, I look forward to them. This place really has allowed for me to make such a drastic change to my lifestyle- building my confidence in fitness spaces, helping me find movement that I enjoy and motivation to stay consistent. No question is too stupid to ask and the information and experience I've gained from working out with the coaches at Trifit is priceless. Rating: 4/5 stars (Would be 5 if not for a rocky start!)…read moreThe Gym: Great facility, excellent equipment, and a really nice location. The Bitter: I joined for weightlifting and body recomp, but my first trainer completely ignored my goals and health limitations (asthma/dysautonomia). Instead of teaching me to lift, she told me I "wasn't ready" for the squat rack and would push circuit training and resistance bands. Eventually even though i have asthma and limitations she would end up telling me to do cardio. I felt discouraged and watched HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS go down the drain. As a neurodivergent person, speaking up wasn't easy, but I finally went to the PT manager. He paired me with Jack for my remaining sessions. The Sweet: I wish I'd been paired with Jack from day one! He put me right on the dang squat rack during our first session. He actually listened, remembered my physical limitations, and tailored everything to MY goals. He is incredibly encouraging and knowledgeable. The Verdict: The gym itself is great, but the training experience is only as good as your trainer. If you want a serious, attentive coach who actually listens, do yourself a favor and sign up with Jack.

They failed to explain that after your sessions, you would automatically be charged for future ones , and they failed to cancel my membership when I asked them to in person.
