They said they sent an email and a letter, concerning the additional fee. Ww received nothing. Not totally the point tho... We are, and have been paying dues for years. $93.00 maintenance fee???? Because you can???? I called and was told that "all other gyms, like Mountainside had this charge as well" for upkeep.... Since when are we Mountainside Fitness?? They are way larger and way more classes. Again, not the point. My dues should be my dues. When I called to inquire, I was told that I could go elsewhere, done. No one should be forced to pay for maintenance.... or leave. What next? I CHOOSE LEAVE.

All of the members are really good about cleaning too. It has several tv's with remote controls so I can change the station without asking or waiting for assistance. The owners have really created a family type atmosphere and it feels good knowing everyone is so nice and courteous. They offer training sessions for individuals to help people get acclimated. They are happy to always help us learn how to use the equipment. They offer red light therapy. They have lots of different equipment to use. It's a really cool place to get a good work out. Kyle is so friendly and always greets us and asks how we are doing. They really do make us feel cared for. I love it here!
