They have plastic protectors at the registers to keep the employees safe and at the self-check outs to keep shoppers safe. This is a great place to stop if you are in need of something fast, but I'd hesitate to stop here for a full grocery run. Their stock is often low and I've certainly run into issues (like the time I bought sour cream and when I got home, I took off the lid and realized someone had opened it, put their finger in, and then put the lid back down. Cooooooool). But it's useful in a pinch or for a pharmacy.

I have never met such unprofessional people as the ones that work in that pharmacy. They will make comments about your med regimen and try to not fill your meds if they don't like you. They have caused me nothing but pain and hardship trying to fill basic medications. If you're on a controlled med they label you an addict and refuse to fill your scripts until AFTER you run out. They do not care about you or your life. They care about their money.

But some of my drugs require prior authorization and I'm actually not sure this crew understands what the process is and what their role is. Over the past two weeks I talked to them plenty of times. I only got more confused. They never gave the same convuluted answer twice. And each time they became increasingly annoyed with me. When they had been especially snotty and as unhelpful as usual, I asked them to wipe all my prescriptions. I moved. Interestingly enough, I had ALL my prescriptions in hand the second day I signed up for the new pharmacy. And they called me a few times to make sure I understood the arcane process that is prior authorization. Don't go here unless you don't need much more than aspirin.

However, Mr. Smaili continues to display reluctance in properly completing his duties as pharmacist. I reported concerns that he was acting more like a salesman than a pharmacist with vaccines given my awareness of health informatics; and so I shared that information with another paraprofessional at the pharmacist who didn't seem willing to consider the documents about ethical pharmaceutical dispensation that I provided from the national institute of health and PUBMED library databases.

I had a gas…read morecard, came inside to tell the two men that were at the counter that my bank account connected to the card was compromised. They took the card and ran it through saying it was ok. So I got gas. I then got charged by SmartPay which I think is the name of the company they use, $35.00 fee for using the card. The company would not allow for this at all, they kept hounding me and keep doing so for that $35.00 fee. I talked to customer service representatives, supervisor there, and finally I spoke to the man who was managing the day I stopped there. I was just asking if he would do anything since his employees ran the card and told me it was ok. He got very upset and talked rudely to me, "what can I do?" angrily, I am not going to do anything? You have to call the company". I said "I did they won't take away that fee". "well, that's your responsibility" he said and on and on. I was livid at the way he talked to me, no respect or compassion. He actually seemed psychologically imbalanced or mentally imbalanced or emotionally off. So, now, if I don't pay the fee, I can't get the gas card. So because of the principle, I am not getting a Cumberland gas card. So inhumane.

While driving down Rt. 9 in Hadley we needed to fuel up, so we decided to stop at this gas station…read morefor multiple reasons. The first is that the station has great prices and I generally trust the Phillips 66 brand. The second is that it is conveniently located and easy to enter and exit. The third is the fact that it has a decent convenience store. Finally, this station has a Dunkin' Donuts and we know how much I love Dunks. Overall, this is a great station and it beats others in the area.

Sunday night--9pm. Manger check your camera. The employee working 8.15.21 left the store entirely…read moreunlocked and unmonitored. Likely getting stoned or worse. I come in for gas, pay at pump. The place is open. I use my charge card. The pump delivers a please wait message. After waiting 5 minutes I go in the store. No employee anywhere. The managers office was unlocked. No employee at the register. Store room open. I yell (check your camera), no employee, another 5 minutes. No employee. Anything and everything was fair game--sodas, sandwiches, tools, the register, dunkin donuts, you name it. A stoned employee (male) comes out--looked very high maybe opiods. Very red faced, strange expression, glazed eyes and hits something on the register to permit the payment (which should have been auto at the pump anyway) at least ten minutes earlier. This same employee -working weekends, has looked messed up before. Once a friend came in and the same employee (all red faced and weird, made strange comments about my friend's glasses--real nice eh--commenting on customer's appearances). If you want people to come in and shoplift or worse simply figure out when this guy works and it's a shop lifter's paradise. If you expect rolling off the highway people to get gas and go and have good reviews forget it. As a manager, figure out who worked this shift and dismiss the man. I'd check your cash register for his shifts and make sure it's not been light on the cash.

This morning I stopped in at this Shell station to fuel up, get a snack as well as grab some…read moreDunkin' Donuts before work. The pumps themselves were pretty good and when I walked into the convenience store I was greeted by the cashier. The issue with this particular Shell location was that the store was tiny, and on top of that they house a Dunkin'. This made it almost impossible to move around. The other minor issue was that trying to get in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare. The traffic was terrible and this station is located at a strange intersection. Besides these minor issues, not a bad place to stop when you need to fuel or grab a quick snack.
