Always clean, the prices are great with my membership discount. The car wash is fun to use.

I had a terrible experience here, but let me be as objective as possible and allow you the reader…read moreto decide (hence a two star neutral review). I went in for an inspection in March. As in drive there. With a perfectly functioning seat. I drop off the car and go wait inside. The place actually has a nice charm and I was pleasantly surprised at the very cheap prices for services. After 15min the car comes out. The 6'+ inspection guy gives me back the keys without a word. I find the seat further back than I thought it could go. Makes sense, he was a tall guy. However, the seat would no longer lock into any position. I asked to have the seat fixed so that it would lock, as it had before. Although I was quite upset I felt like I was met with a cold disregard and generally bad attitude. The mechanic moved the seat to a reasonable position. I thought he had fixed the problem but I could not move the seat and lock it in place (I HAD been able to do this before, quite frequently too). I asked him fix it over again and he did, but not without what a perceived to be some intense sass. On the drive home the seat unlocked and slide back, which was quite unsafe (should my car have really passed that inspection with the seat like that?). I got home and worked on the seat myself. I found the locking mechanism was off the track, I replaced it and lubricated the wires (same mechanism as my bike so I had a good idea of what I was looking at). So, did these guys break my seat or was it already broken? Who knows really. The real problem I had was their reaction. Tall guy should have said SOMETHING about it being broken. Also it was a five minute fix. While I did expect they would fix it, at they very least telling me what was wrong seems to be fair. And most importantly telling me without (as I perceived it) such a terrible attitude.
