First time at this shop with my old F-350 diesel. These guys got me in quick, repaired my truck unbelievably fast and the price was right. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

My sons vehicle had a dead battery and I took vehicle over to Leland and Nick and the team had our issue resolved within a few hours. The automated system was great and the communication was great throughout the process. The way they handled the social distancing and guaranteeing the safety and cleanliness of our vehicle was fantastic. Look forward to next time I need service to work with some honest, fair , great local owners like the Pride Family! Thank you, Steve B read more

Places like this are why I love Yelp. Pride auto care doesn't look any different than your average auto shop, and it was farther away than some of my other options, but the service was definitely worth paying to have my car towed a few extra miles. I know my way around cars, and have been working on them since I was a kid. When I have the time and the tools, I still do most of my own repair and maintenance, so believe me when I say that these folks are doing the work correctly for the price that it costs to do it properly. They were upfront and transparent about what I needed, what it would cost to do it, and how long it would take. They replaced the hydraulic clutch assembly in my rusty old Bronco for considerably less than I expected to pay, and they did great work. A couple weeks later, when I lost part of my shift linkage (not through any fault or negligence on their part), I had it towed back and they fixed it completely free of charge! My car is a rusty old tub, and I know from bitter experience that every single nut and bolt on the thing fought them tooth and nail, but they still provided friendly and professional service. I have now moved even further away from Pride auto care, and I'm sure that there are other competent shops much closer to home, but these people have earned my business. I'll be back for sure! read more

Beware of this place. These guys will smile, offer you coffee, and put you in front of a nice tv in a warm environment. But what they charge is ludicrous. I brought my car I'm there and was told it would cost 1200 to fix it. Took it to another place in Parker right up the road and he charged 425. Ultimately it's up to you, just be cautious. Maybe I was the minority but it left a bad taste read more

This place owns the mr.transmission next door. Brought my F150 in 3 times after having an electrical issue on the trans. I knew what part was the problem after rebuilding my trans myself and had the issue fixed was done in 3 days all good. Took my truck home and was happy with my purchase. I checked the transmission fluid after 2 days just to make sure and there was no fluid on the dipstick. One of their mechanics had failed to read the dipstick that says check while running and just filled it when it was off. I took it back to have them fill it because I had bought 60 dollars of Mercon V for the transmission and filled it myself before the repair. I asked them to reuse the fluid cause it was new so I don't know how they underfilled it. Anyways they fill it and I check it when I get home and the fluid is dirty. The fluid was cherry red when I put it in and it now looked 100,000 miles old. I'm gonna replace the fluid and change the filter soon to combat this issue that should've never happened. But wait that's not all! The bolts on my trans pan were over torqued and the electrical connectors just had the protective sheathing hanging off. All things that take less then 10min to do properly. For $450 what a ripoff and a cheap ass job never taking any of my family's vehicles here again. I shouldn't have to fix what I am paying you to do. No parts were replaced this is all labor charges. read more

Ugh...car repairs. Just even mentioning the two words "car" and "repair" in the same sentence can make give you a migraine. I needed a fuel injector replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and finding a trustworthy mechanic is tough. Thanks to the previous reviews on Yelp, I think I found my mechanic. Dropped off my car via the early bird method, that's leaving it overnight and dropping the keys in a drop box. I was called the next morning and told me they'd get right on it. An hour and a half later, they called again to give me a description of what needed to be done and at what cost. I had the fuel injector replaced and my crankcase seal replaced as well since it was leaking oil. They had my Jeep done by 5pm the same day. That night was a very snowy and miserable outside, not fit for man or beast to walk. No worries, they came by with my fixed Jeep and picked me up! Now that is going the "extra mile"...-snort, haha, knee slap-....uhhh...I couldn't help myself. When it comes to service, two things matter the most to me, the job getting done right the first time and promptness. Pride Auto Care passed the test with flying colors! Thanks Pride! read more

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! As a Christmas gift, they helped a mother on disability & her teen get their car running when it continued to die at every stoplight. They did this all out of the kindness of their hearts. Making Christmas a very happy one for this family! I'm so impressed with all the reviews that this company has that are so great, but even more so now that I saw their hearts and wonderful service, put in to action! Thank you so much Pride Auto Care! All of my business & everyone I know will be sent your way from here on out! Blessings to you all! read more

Pride Auto Care - Auto Repair Near Me - Parker, Colorado

They fixed the problem that there neighbor (Mr Transmission) couldn't find and gave me a discount!! Very nice guys to work with highly recommend them. read more

It's been about five years since we started using Pride for our vehicles. We still trust them with all of our pre-purchase inspections, maintenance, and major repairs. Mark, Darrell, Tony, Andy and the rest of the Parker team are super friendly and NEVER up-sell or overcharge you. We have recommended them to everyone we know. Most recently they inspected a used vehicle and gave us the go ahead to buy it. It sprung an oil leak shortly after we brought it home, and they repaired it for discounted price. It wasn't their fault that the leak cropped up so soon after purchase, but the discount cushioned the blow of having to make a repair right away. You can count on Pride to always do the right thing, always greet you with a smile and remember your name, and always do right by their customers. Fantastic local business. read more

My previous mechanic retired so I was looking for a new auto care service. I watched a commercial online about pride auto care so I thought I would give them a try. They did a great job on repairs and they were pleasant to talk to. My vehicle was finished by 2pm. I will be returning to Pride for any further repairs that are needed. I highly recommend Pride Auto Care for any repairs needed on your vehicle. read more

I went in without an appointment because my car was started shaking as I drove it. They were already busy and booked this morning, but when they found out I couldn't drop my car off and leave they said they would pull it in and look at it. They got it in right away and about 30 minutes later let me nothing was wrong but ice had gotten up on the axels and caused them to be off balance and was shaking the car. They chopped off the ice for me and sent me on my way without charging me a penny and the shaking was fixed. They were incredibly nice and the service was amazing. I am now a loyal customer and will bring my car here for repairs. read more

We love Pride Auto. They take great care of our cars , and us! I trust the work on my vehicle and know we are in good hands for both regular maintenance and any thing more ! Thanks for being a great local option for car care! read more

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to Pride Auto Care, and specifically, Tony, the mechanic. I had a couple of different issues going on with my car, one of which should have been covered on my recent deductible. He asked if he could reach out directly to the dealership on my behalf to fight the good fight for me. And he did! It wasn't a total win, but it was a partial win. Either way, he did go way above and beyond for me. Everyone there is honest, open, and I felt like they truly had my back. I've never in my life had this kind of positive experience with an auto repair shop. I will never go anywhere else! They are the best, most ethical and honest people in the biz. read more

These guys are the best mechanics in the WORLD - I had a flat but couldn't find my jack, and they came out and saved the day.Changed my tire no charge and took the flat back to the shop with them. I have never trusted an auto shop more then these guys - My family loves Mark, Daryl, Tony and Andy!! read more

Every time I come in I get excellent service. Today was no different. They are really honest and helpful as well as fast. They had my new tires and oil change done in no time. I will gladly come back. read more

Pride Auto Care is the BEST!!! Only know how to describe it as Disney World Service. Honesty is important to me. The last 3-4 shops In Parker provided dishonest arrogant service and did poor work now having to redo the work. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Pride Auto Care. They are confident not arrogant. Highly knowledgeable and Honest. True PRIDE in their work. It shows from the time you drive in the parking lot. Clean, friendly, personable, HONEST, respectful, and they KNOW what they are doing. I had lost faith in the auto repair industry until I walked into Pride Auto Care. Thank you for amazing service you continue to provide. I'm forever grateful. read more

I really wanted this to be my go to place. I took my Chvey Tahoe in for a Tune up. No problem. Took my Dodge Charger in for a synthetic oil change and new wiper blades 132 bucks! A couple days later Im on the highway after a medical procedure and my car overheats! They did not fill any fluids. I told them it was low when I dropped my car off. If I knew they didn't fill my fluids I wouldn't have drove it. So upset they didn't take the extra time to fill my fluids. Every place I've had an oil change they check and fill fluids. read more

I am shocked to see 4.5 stars. Pride Auto gave me a quote of $1,700 to fix a leak in the transfer case and Auto Tech did it for $400. Pride was going to remove a bunch of parts to replace the seal where as Auto Tech did the work without having to remove the Transfer case. read more

Excellent friendly professional service every time I visit ! Quality workmanship through all phases of routine maintenance and repair processes. Pride Auto is the best ! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else ! Fair prices and always a pleasure to work with. Thank you Pride Auto for many great years of service ! read more

This is my all-time favorite service shop for my vehicle! I was referred to them by a guest of mine and have been going to them for the past three to four years. I was living in Thornton, now in Denver, and have commuted the distance for all these years because of the amazing service this team provides! They were taking care of my Daffodil Daydream Ford Focus for all of the crazy issues it had and always provided me with feedback and up updates before doing any work on him, that way I had no surprise charges! They saved me so much money, they treat me like a part of their family, and now they will be seeing me and my new Subaru as I am still a loyal and loving customer of theirs! You guys are the best!!! read more

They wanted $146 just for a diagnostic which seemed outrageous. I got the diagnostic code in one minute at an auto parts store for free and had the problem fixed for $300 elsewhere. I am sure it would have been substantially more expensive at Pride. I have recommended Pride to friends in the past, but I don't trust them anymore. read more

Al Pridemore and everyone at pride auto care does incredible work. I had to take my vehicle to a dealership because the transmission was acting funny. They quoted me an astronomical number, and that gave me enough time to contact Al and his crew and after they had enough time to look at my vehicle, they determined that it could be repaired for about a third of what the dealership quoted. My wife and I always use them for regular maintenance. They are knowledgeable and honest in their pricing and repairs that are versus are not necessary. read more

These guys are amazing! They helped me with a big issue on my car in 3 days they even helped me make the decision on getting my car fixed. Other auto places wouldn't even take on my car since it's older but Pride Auto Care took it on with no hesitation and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. I'm extremely grateful I took my car there. It can be stressful to have your car worked on but not here. They are professional, courteous and have excellent customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Pride Auto really cares about their customers. This is my second time coming to the shop. They did repairs on my car and I picked it up. Issues arose after picking up my car. It was after hours so I did not expect any one to address my problem that evening; however, Nick and his team did. They had my car towed back to the shop that night, offered me a ride home, and fixed my car the next day at no expense to me at all. I was blown away. My car is running great. I am so impressed with this auto repair shop. I do not think of myself as a customer but as family. They really do a wonderful job! Thank you guys for every thing. read more

First and foremost, I like the honesty of this shop. I know that's always a concern when bringing a car into a mechanic. I brought my vehicle in for a brake repair, a repair I've had completed in the past at a different shop. In the past I was told there was an issue with my brakes that was causing the noise and was charged $800. 2 years later, I bring my car into Pride auto for the same issue, they call me 2 hours later and tell me the brake pads have a groove and were just trapping dirt, no repair needed, just a cleaning, cost me nothing. I will only bring my vehicle to Pride auto! read more

Both my husband and I are return customers there. As a woman and a customer, it is nice to go to automotive place that doesn't try to use your gender or lack of automotive knowledge as an opportunity to hoodwink you. I have found the same level of honesty, service and attentiveness when I go in by myself as when I go there with my husband. I like how they thoroughly explain what needs fixing and what that means in terms of the vehicle's performance. Then, they further break that down to what needs more immediate attention and what can be put off a little longer. Also, they tell you what you can easily do yourself and what is needed to do it. In addition, they offer rides home, payment options and online coupons. Their prices are reasonable and I never have an issue with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Hey - I love the guys at Pride! Good honest folk. If they say it needs fixed then it does. Prices aren't necessarily the cheapest but I'd rather have an honest answer and quality work. read more

We really like Pride. They offer free diagnostics, even if you don't end up making repairs with them -- truly wonderful. They treat you with respect and never try to rip you off the way other mechanics do. I love their comfortable waiting room, which has complementary coffee, a TV, comfy couches, and even a play area for children. Price-wise, Pride is not always the cheapest, but you know that the quotes are honest. read more

Now it's called something else AGAIN! I took my car for an oil change and one of my brake light bulbs were out, when it was Hometown. Nice guys there for sure. I liked that I could put some of my business cards on their bulletin board to promote my business :-) read more

Excellent service. I had a lot of work done on my car and it was all done in less than a day at a reasonable price. Customer service was very friendly, helpful and prompt. Nobody tried to sell me any expensive or unnecessary parts or services. Pictures were taken of all the new parts put on my car and the pictures were included with the receipt. read more

This is a great, trustworthy mechanic! They have worked on several of our vehicles that have high mileage. Every time we drop a vehicle off they are prompt to call with the diagnoses. They advise what actually needs to be fixed and do not add unnecessary repairs. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you do not have to pay for unnecessary repairs! I highly recommend this shop!!! read more

Honest, friendly, and do quick and solid work. Everything you would want in an automotive repair shop.

I have taken a couple of cars into Pride and my whole family uses Pride as their primary auto care. These guys have been nothing but helpful and do what they can to help you out even if they are busy. They offer to take you home in their car to make sure you are safe and will pick you up if needed. Mark, Darrell and tony, you guys are great. Thanks for your exceptional service and care. read more

First time I needed an auto mechanic since I moved to Parker. Took a look at Yelp and found Pride close to where I live. I was very impressed with their service, they were forthright about the work that needed to be done, timely in getting the work done, and stood behind it when the part ended up being bad. They were also nice enough to give me a ride home so that I could work remotely while waiting for the repair. Five Stars!!!! Thanks Pride Auto! read more
