Our family has used Pride Auto Care for many years. They are always friendly and very accommodating to my changing schedule. I live in Aurora and drive out of may to take all my cars to Price Auto Care. They don't charge me if there is nothing to be done and always explain everything in detail. When you buy your tires at Pride they rotate your tires for no charge as well. Just stop in and see Al, Daryl, and Mark anytime. It will be worth your while. read more

Great service and a friendly staff. They take the time to explain any issues that are going on with your vehicle and offer competitive pricing to complete the work. read more

We wouldn't take our cars or our motor home (before we sold it), to anyone other than Pride Auto Care. Neither does our daughter. These guys are exceptional, absolutely the most helpful and Mike and Darrell at the Parker site are very polite and very knowledgeable. We live in Castle Rock, and have several automotive places nearby to take our cars for service, but we choose to drive to Parker, because the level of trust with Pride Auto can't be matched anywhere. We've used all 3 Pride Auto sites, the one in Littleton on Broadway when we lived in Highlands Ranch and also the one in Centennial because it is so close to where we work. All 3 places get an A+, we recommend Pride Auto to all our friends and co-workers. Keep up the good work guys! Jeff & Lynda Skaggs read more

Not only does Pride Auto do excellent work, they are also honest and very friendly. My husband thought the master cylinder was our on his car, and told them so when he had me take it in. They pointed our that it was only a simpler, less expensive part that needed to be replaced, when they could have charged us hundreds of dollars more. Pride Auto has renewed my confidence in auto repair shops!!. read more

I got to do it! I have to give credit where credit is due. This business is amazing. These guys have customer service mastered. Not only are they the best mechanics, they are genuinely good, intelligent, kind, helpful people. Everyone should go here, even if you don't live in Parker. I am just literally impressed every time I use them. read more

This shop routinely goes above and beyond to provide me with excellent service for my vehicle. From the guys upfront to the crew in the shop, the overall experience is top notch. They always go over the car then call me with a very clear and precise explanation of the issues and accurate (and honest) pricing. Then, once I approve the job(s), they perform it perfectly, keep me posted with several updates and complete it by the time they said they would. I work in animal care and I am very dependent on my vehicle to do a good job for my clients and I trust Pride Auto with all my car needs from routine maintenance to tires, etc. The other day I got a flat, called them up and I was told to come right in and they took care of me right away. Having them on "My team" gives me the peace of mind that I don't have to stress about my vehicle. Thanks, Pride Auto! read more

New tires a month ago and I've already run over screws in two different tires! The guys at Pride get me right in without an appt and fix them at no cost. read more

These guys are great. Was having problems with my Chevy Equinox and they were a great help to getting it working again.

I'm not from colorado so I had trouble finding a reputable mechanic until I come across pride. They really do take pride in the work they do. As long as they're in business I will never go anywhere else. Not to mention they will take you wherever you need to go when you drop off your vehicle. Great people great service!!! read more

Excellence, Honesty and Integrity I am so blessed to have the guys at Pride taking care of my car. Always great service, honest feedback and quality workmanship. I recommend them to everyone. read more

Avoid this money guzzling place! We took our vehicle in to get diagnosed and there where two options. One ranging from $900-1300, and another for $7000+ and when we chose the second option they refused to do the work. They told us they would only replace the engine, the $7000+ option. We opted to take it to another mechanic. When my mother and I came to pick up the vehicle on our flatbed trailer, they never once offered to help us. We are two very capable women, but when our vehicle stalled halfway on the trailer and would not turn on again, it would have been nice for them to come over and offer us help to push it the rest of the way on the trailer. Instead, the manager who was standing at the door observing, proceeded to laugh, waived off the other mechanics, and walk away. Leaving my mother and I to figure out a way to get the vehicle on the trailer. My family and I in total own 7 vehicles, and we will not be returning to Pride Auto Care and gracing them with our business. read more

Simple fix at a reasonable price. They offer a free shuttle to work too. Nice waiting area if you wait for your repairs. I made the drive from deep Aurora and don't regret it. Give them a try! read more

Honest, professional and does great work! I've been taking my cars to pride auto for 10 years (both Parker and Centennial). It's the only place that I trust. They are prompt and stand behind their work. They have never tried to sell or do extra work, if they suggest something it's because it needs to be done. Their prices are excellent and the waiting room/children's room are clean. read more

Love these guys! Always friendly and do great work. They don't sell up on products and services, they just fix what's needed the first time. Best part, had the check engine light pop on in our Mercedes. They ran the codes and told us to take it to an authorized Mercedes shop and what was needed was very technical and they could not do it. Now that is an honest shop you want to deal with! Thanks for always doing the right things......always! read more

I've been using Pride since I moved to the area in 2013. They are always honest and straight forward with their assessments and recommendations. I'm always confident that my repairs will be done correctly and quickly. read more

After losing my mechanic to the crappy economy, it took me a long time to find a new place I felt was trustworthy. Dropped my car off at Pride with their online coupon and they explained every step of the process, and also offered to do something else that needed to be done simultaneously. Car was done within a couple of hours. Will return for other pending maintenance soon. read more

Always go to Pride Auto Care. Friendly and honest. Comfortable waiting room (with WIFI). They actually make getting my car serviced enjoyable. read more

After spending $750.00 on a repair and waiting approximately 3-4 days for the repair, we've had to return the car to the shop 3 times since. Each time we are getting a new story of something else gone wrong. Now it's a whole new problem and the new charge is $650.00. Luckily I was smart enough to shop it around, and found the same repair for a 1/3 of the price elsewhere. In addition, we shopped and found that same repair at 3 places for a 1/3 of the price. I am thankful we shopped it. After speaking to Tony, he had a poor attitude with me and basically hung up. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Pride Auto Care in Parker CO gives the most honest car repair service of anywhere in the Denver Metro area (except their other locations here)! We trust all of our cars, including our adult children's cars, to them and only them. While you cannot trust most car repair services, we know Pride Auto will not replace nor repair something that does not need to be replaced/repaired. They give accurate estimates up front and alert us to potential problems and needed work for future consideration. They honor their guarantees, and you don't have to read between the lines to find out if you are still covered. Take your cars to PRIDE AUTO from now on for oil changes, repairs and even great prices on new tires! You won't go wrong with Pride Auto Care. Their business is all about TRUST! read more

These folks have always been the very best when it comes to our vehicles being serviced/repaired. Honest, reasonably priced and I don't even question them when they say my vehicle needs something...that's how much I trust them. Highly recommend. Nice guys and offer drop-off after hours that is very convenient for working folks. read more

My wife and I started taking our cars to Pride after some bad experiences at other shops (poor work, pushing extra repairs/services on us). We have had great luck with Pride. They have been very straight-forward, saved us money by recommending we wait on some repairs, and matched a lower price on tires from Discount Tire. read more

I will never use another repair shop as long as Pride is in business. I stumbled upon them when I first moved to Colorado (needed an emergency repair), and they've been so good to me ever since. Prices are reasonable, and they always manage to get me in at a convenient time. Last week, I was out of town, and our van had a flat tire. My wife took it to Pride without an appointment. Even though they were extremely busy, they rearranged the schedule a bit and fixed the tire. If you want an honest, friendly, knowledgeable repair shop, then go to Pride! read more

1. Their Prices are High, very close to what Dealership charges. e.g. 150,000 Mile Maintenance, Honda: Pride Auto: $350, Dealer: $365. 2. Their Service is fine, but I can get the same or better job done from a Dealership, "at these prices". 3. Rarely see any coupons for oil change. Most of the times, Dealer's Price of Oil Change is Less than theirs! To summarize, they are costly, compared to the value they provide. read more

I perform the majority of the work due to the fact I enjoy it and particular with my cars. However, I take my cars to Pride when its beyond my abilities. These guys are honest, professional, and reliable. The quality of their work is outstanding. read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. I started going to pride about 3 years ago and I had such a great experience that now my husband, father in law, mother in law, sister in law and brother in law all go there. Not only do they have competitive prices but the people are ALWAYS nice and they treat you like you matter. I got new brakes and roters here, they were really squeaky so I brought my car back and they replaced them ALL 3 times, until they were right. They didn't make me feel bad, or like I was an inconvenience, they didn't charge me. Then I moved to Parker and started coming to this location, they have replaced a wheel cover for me at no charge, they have given me a second opinion on dealership work and are always wonderful. After my last trip to the dealership for recall work, I was told I needed a new water pump at $1,000.00. I called pride immediately, they got me in the same day, inspected my car and determined I do not need that. They are my go to, I would never go anywhere else. If you don't know where to go, come here! If you're going somewhere else COME HERE. read more

I used to really like this place, they would get me right in and diagnosis was accurate. The last time I went in, I was the only person there, the guy @ the counter was rude and told me I'd have to make an appointment? Really? I've been going there for years and have never needed to make an appointment. I'll go to Advantage, they are much nicer. read more

I have been there on 4 seperate occasions for alignments. Their prices are a bit more than firestone or goodyear but they get it right the first time. Will be back again when I lift the Tundra. read more

I love this place. I hated having to sit in some after thought waiting area in most car places that always smells very unpleasant and is very loud with sounds of cars being taken care of. Pride is nothing like that. The waiting room is like a living room in someone's house. As a matter of fact it's cleaner than a lot of my friends living rooms. Not only are the chairs and couch very comfortable but there are a lot of current magazines as well as a decent tv. The bathroom is immaculate and the kids playroom is very generous. The whole area smells nice and it's quiet. The people who work there are very professional and helpful. They answer every question I have and they do not push me to get other services done. They tell me what my car needs and give me an estimate as to how much it will cost and leave it up to me. I have, and will continue to, recommend Pride Auto Care to everyone I know. read more

Have taken both my Jeep Cherokee and my wife's Jeep Commander in. VERY clean shop, very nice guys and fair prices. The part that I like the most...after having the Jeeps in for 4 different repairs over the last year EVERY TIME the Jeeps were ready to pick up when they said they would be! Might not seem important to some, but for me a HUGE selling point is if the shop gets the work done when they say they will. Pride has. I also like that they are local. read more

The Service and attention to the small stuff is what keeps our family coming back to this great place!!! From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave. These guys are da bomb!!! read more

I never thought I would say I love my mechanic - but I do LOVE the team at Pride Auto Care! They have always been super friendly and I never felt like they would charge me for something that didn't need doing. Case in point today... my daughter took her car to one of the tire shops in town to get her snow tires put on. They called her and told her that her shocks and struts were leaking badly and would need replacing and they could do it for about $700. We called Pride and took it there to see what they said. They said the car was good and nothing was needed. And on top of it, did not charge us to look the car over as we had taken it the previous week for oil and a couple of other minor things. Will be a customer for life! Thank you Pride Auto Care. read more

I moved temporarily, and you sure don't appreciate what you have until it's gone!! As a single mom, it's very hard to find trustworthy services, particularly mechanics. I will be moving back soon and I will definitely be calling Pride Auto! read more

Every person I dealt with here was knowledgeable, nice and professional. Even with my pain in the ass questions. I have a classic 1962 Sunbeam which I rebuilt the front end on and it was really out of whack. Pride was recommended by a friend in my car club. These guys spent the time needed and dialed everything into great alignment. I can't believe how much better it tracks the road. They promptly started work on the car right at the appointed time, and had it done in a very timely manner. I thought their rates were extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of service. I recommend Pride Auto Care, and plan on using them from now on. Great waiting area too! read more

Pride Auto Care in Parker, Co is the only place I will take our 2 vehicles to for repair. They are honest, skillful and trustworthy. I recently had to take my BMW in to have work done at the BMW service center due to a recall notice and while there they noticed my front CV Boot leaking. I was quoted a price of $660 plus tax for the repair. I drove to Pride Auto Care and Darrell quoted me a price of $280 plus tax for the same job. This is the reason my husband and I have been using Pride Auto Care for the last three years. You can't beat their service and honesty. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and neighbors. read more

I've gone here for a couple years now with all of my older vehicles. Just recently I was doing a pretty serious intake manifold swap until it came to a screeching halt when I snapped 2 bolts in the heads. At that point in time I was out of my skill range and brought it down to them. They did the work for me and now I have a trusty engine with all the work done properly on it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and got my vehicle back to me in a reasonable amount of time! read more

I've used this service company several times, and I love them. I agree with everyone else who has reviewed them -- especially about the fact that they never up-sell or overcharge. The entire team is professional and friendly. PLUS (and here's the best part for me), they adore my dogs -- I know, because I usually have the dogs with me, and the guys let me bring them into the waiting room (don't worry, fellow customers, I never bring them in if there are other people in the area who are afraid of dogs or allergic -- I always ask everyone first!), and one by one, the guys usually come out from the garage and from behind the desk to play with them. And, I have very big shepherds, so it's not like I have little unassuming puppies you can pick up and cuddle! Great service -- and love my dogs, to boot. Doesn't get any better than that! read more

Pride auto is amazing, they are very friendly and honest! It's the only place I will take my car! It's affordable too!
