Avoid this money guzzling place! We took our vehicle in to get diagnosed and there where two options. One ranging from $900-1300, and another for $7000+ and when we chose the second option they refused to do the work. They told us they would only replace the engine, the $7000+ option. We opted to take it to another mechanic. When my mother and I came to pick up the vehicle on our flatbed trailer, they never once offered to help us. We are two very capable women, but when our vehicle stalled halfway on the trailer and would not turn on again, it would have been nice for them to come over and offer us help to push it the rest of the way on the trailer. Instead, the manager who was standing at the door observing, proceeded to laugh, waived off the other mechanics, and walk away. Leaving my mother and I to figure out a way to get the vehicle on the trailer. My family and I in total own 7 vehicles, and we will not be returning to Pride Auto Care and gracing them with our business. read more

After losing my mechanic to the crappy economy, it took me a long time to find a new place I felt was trustworthy. Dropped my car off at Pride with their online coupon and they explained every step of the process, and also offered to do something else that needed to be done simultaneously. After spending $750.00 on a repair and waiting approximately 3-4 days for the repair, we've had to return the car to the shop 3 times since. Each time we are getting a new story of something else gone wrong. Now it's a whole new problem and the new charge is $650.00. Luckily I was smart enough to shop it around, and found the same repair for a 1/3 of the price elsewhere. In addition, we shopped and found that same repair at 3 places for a 1/3 of the price. I am thankful we shopped it. After speaking to Tony, he had a poor attitude with me and basically hung up. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. I started going to pride about 3 years ago and I had such a great experience that now my husband, father in law, mother in law, sister in law and brother in law all go there. Not only do they have competitive prices but the people are ALWAYS nice and they treat you like you matter. I got new brakes and roters here, they were really squeaky so I brought my car back and they replaced them ALL 3 times, until they were right. They didn't make me feel bad, or like I was an inconvenience, they didn't charge me. Then I moved to Parker and started coming to this location, they have replaced a wheel cover for me at no charge, they have given me a second opinion on dealership work and are always wonderful. After my last trip to the dealership for recall work, I was told I needed a new water pump at $1,000.00. I called pride immediately, they got me in the same day, inspected my car and determined I do not need that. They are my go to, I would never go anywhere else. 1. Their Prices are High, very close to what Dealership charges. e.g. 150,000 Mile Maintenance, Honda: Pride Auto: $350, Dealer: $365. 2. Their Service is fine, but I can get the same or better job done from a Dealership, "at these prices". 3. Rarely see any coupons for oil change. They have always been super friendly and I never felt like they would charge me for something that didn't need doing. Case in point today... my daughter took her car to one of the tire shops in town to get her snow tires put on. They called her and told her that her shocks and struts were leaking badly and would need replacing and they could do it for about $700. We called Pride and took it there to see what they said. They said the car was good and nothing was needed. And on top of it, did not charge us to look the car over as we had taken it the previous week for oil and a couple of other minor things. I love this place. I hated having to sit in some after thought waiting area in most car places that always smells very unpleasant and is very loud with sounds of cars being taken care of. Pride is nothing like that. The waiting room is like a living room in someone's house. As a matter of fact it's cleaner than a lot of my friends living rooms. Not only are the chairs and couch very comfortable but there are a lot of current magazines as well as a decent tv. The bathroom is immaculate and the kids playroom is very generous. The whole area smells nice and it's quiet. The people who work there are very professional and helpful. They answer every question I have and they do not push me to get other services done. They tell me what my car needs and give me an estimate as to how much it will cost and leave it up to me. I have, and will continue to, recommend Pride Auto Care to everyone I know. read more

Every person I dealt with here was knowledgeable, nice and professional. Even with my pain in the ass questions. I have a classic 1962 Sunbeam which I rebuilt the front end on and it was really out of whack. Pride was recommended by a friend in my car club. These guys spent the time needed and dialed everything into great alignment. I can't believe how much better it tracks the road. Pride Auto Care in Parker, Co is the only place I will take our 2 vehicles to for repair. They are honest, skillful and trustworthy. I recently had to take my BMW in to have work done at the BMW service center due to a recall notice and while there they noticed my front CV Boot leaking. I was quoted a price of $660 plus tax for the repair. I drove to Pride Auto Care and Darrell quoted me a price of $280 plus tax for the same job. I've used this service company several times, and I love them. I agree with everyone else who has reviewed them -- especially about the fact that they never up-sell or overcharge. The entire team is professional and friendly. PLUS (and here's the best part for me), they adore my dogs -- I know, because I usually have the dogs with me, and the guys let me bring them into the waiting room (don't worry, fellow customers, I never bring them in if there are other people in the area who are afraid of dogs or allergic -- I always ask everyone first!), and one by one, the guys usually come out from the garage and from behind the desk to play with them. I read some reviews that sounded good so I took my car here for an oil leak. They called me with an estimate that included several other suggested repairs totaling over a thousand dollars. I declined the repairs and the next day took my car to two other shops, where both looked at the car and told me several of the items pride told me were needed were unnecessary. I chose one of the other shops to do the work and it cost me $400, saving me nearly $600 from what pride auto wanted. I think they try to gouge you for additional work there that is not necessary.
