I dropped off my Mother-in-Laws Toyota Avalon at Big O in Parker because the tire light has been on. We checked tire pressures and tried to reset before we dropped it off. Needless to say they charged us $415.80 for all 4 sensors??? My Brother-in-Law drove it home and the tire light is still on. Hmmm. Thanks, Big O in Parker we'll be bringing it back. read more

I went in last Monday to get my tires rotated on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I had a scheduled 9 AM appointment and they got me in right on time. Everything was fine until they came out and they told me that they had mechanic work that had to be done on my car and they quoted me $3600 to do everything that was on the list part of that $3600 was $557 in brakes. After me and my dad saw what they were going to charge for just brakes we went ahead and did it our self giving. It's an easy task when we went to go take the Lugnuts off of my car. They had completely stripped every single one of my lug nuts when they rotated my tires. They also gave me the wrong information, saying my brakes had to be done sooner rather than later, but my breaks had more than enough life on them to go another 5000 miles. I find it hard to want to give them $3600 when they can't even do a simple task like put the lug nuts back on the correct way, but instead they were lazy and using an impact gun to completely tighten every single lug nuts and strip it out. I will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

They said they replaced shocks and tires they didn't replace the shocks only tires!!!!! Then they said I need a 900$ part after the job was done stating my tires are gonna wear unevenly. Going forward the shocks didn't feel right I complained on the phone for a few weeks and and then eventually came in trying to figure out why the performance wasn't the same but after calling saying I'm gonna bring in the next day I get rear ended with minor damage only bumper dent . I then take it back and they then tell me the shock wasn't replaced and is blown but now I need a lower control arm on top of the 900$ part and it's "probably because my fender bender ", so as any sane person would do I get a little irritated asking more questions and seeing if I can get compensation from them for paying for work that wasn't done the "store owner" furious gets in my face hurling names and cussing telling me to get the F out and even stepping up too me getting in my face , now at this point I call the cops deescalating things and leave . Now I went to a different big O for inspection and there is no lower control arm damage no damage on the 900 part , and crazy thing is there is still OEM struts in the front which I got after market struts in the front???The shocks in the back are blown and my tires are wearing unevenly, everything is on the record and I have receipts, DONT GO HERE!!!!!! if you wanna save your money and time plz don't go here !!!! they are crooks and the most unprofessional team of people I have ever met Danny smith just wants commission, the "store owner" shouldn't be store owner with his mouth and the way he stepped up into my face to tell me to get the F out for simply asking questions and for a good reason! Take your money somewhere else! You will regret your decision repairing you car at Big O. They run a shady business. I brought my car in for slipping gears. They missed diagnosed the problem and gave me a huge list of things to for $3700 bill and the next day I received the car back, I could feel the problem was still there, I took it back in. I feel they took advantage of me. They said to keep driving the car that they had fixed it. The next day, the transmission light came on and the check engine light came on. I took it to a different shop and they fix the original transmission problem for $700. Big O charged for ignition coils in which they didn't do, I had to go and ask the technician if he perform the service and he said no, and they had to refund me. I asked to see the brakes and they said they could not show them to me and today the brakes are still squeaking. They charge me $800 to fix an oil leak including changing the spark plugs and that cost $10 apiece plus change some plugs. Today I still smelled the oil. They misdiagnosed the gears slipping at each 10 mile interval to fixing the motor mounts. I brought the car back in when the problem was still occurring AFTER they said they "fixed it"and he told me just to keep driving it. The next day the transmission light came on and the check engine light. When the owner asked how my service went at the very end I expressed my concerns to him and I got no response. He swept me under the rug. This is a very shady business. I DO NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere. Where the shop actually drops you off while the car is getting done and picks you up at the end WITHOUT asking. Where there's no question on whether the work is done in the end. You can see that they're now reaching out to me that I posted this yelp however, I already tried to reach out to them prior to this review and Jason the owner did not respond to me. Went there to get a trailing arms on passenger side replaced with powder coated aftermarket ones for my Bronco, did driver side myself but passenger side, gas tank needed to be dropped a foot to access bolts. Looks like they took a pipe wrench to trailing arms and scratched the powder coat all over them. Also had them do cam locks and an alignment which supposedly took them 6 hours to do the alignment on a 2023 Bronco because of cam locks. Walked out of there with a $1000 bill and my shit all scratched up!!! Total bullshit and ripoff!!! read more

Don't go here for mechanic service! I just had to have my car towed 45 miles because Big O did not check my belts as I asked them to and a belt broke. Knowing I was going on a long drive, I took the car to Big O Tires 10 days before to have them check all the belts and replace all the fluids. When I made the appointment, I told them on the phone what needed to be done. Also, for good measure, I gave them a printed checklist. Included in this list was to inspect all the belts and make sure they were in good condition. If they had really checked the belts instead of just saying so, we could have known my belts were aging and ready to break. And my child and I would not have spent the afternoon trying to find a safe place to sit waiting for AAA while my car was parked on the shoulder of a very busy highway. I found the shredded belt underneath my car and it was evident that many of the teeth were missing. Nothing had cut it suddenly. It was just age. read more

If you're a person of color , don't go there , proper service is only reserved for white people and not people of color. I requested a simple oil change and if they could a check engine light diagnostic but that was going to take too much time for them so I even agreed to split the service do an oil change now and come back for the check engine light and she wanted to be more difficult. Went from being a one hour wait leave your car to it's going to be two , to it's going to be three hours , you know what , at that point I'll just leave with my car and take my money and issue somewhere else . I drove our 42 foot horse trailer 800 miles to the horse park. There was a bad shimmy in the front end. I took my truck to Big O to find out our 6 tires were bad. The front two were out of round. They provided great service, communicated with me, and I am driving home on 6 great tires. I have peace of mind that we will get home safely instead of suffering a blow out. The tires we had on the truck came on it. They weren't a brand we would normally buy. Tread was still decent but were having issues. August 2024- once again the Parker branch of Big O Tire has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! My brand new Kia (literally just purchased it 6 weeks ago) ended up with a screw in the tire! The guys got me in quickly and patched up the new tire- FOR NO CHARGE! It's holding great and I'm back on the road! As always I'm very grateful for this particular branch and the folks who work there! January 2024- Once again the guys at Big O Tires in Parker provided the most amazing service- after leaving work I realized I had a flat tire- another nail. Ihave been using Big O for tires and service-always excellent! I took my Outback for service and brake issues. I was told checking the brakes would require an electronic system check. When I arrived the service person said his car was the same, He found the problem quickly. I had unknowingly pushed the button that turned on the hill brake. Im a senior and didt realize it. His help saved me $. The rest of the work was done quicker than estimated. I just took my Crosstrek for the 4 yr-mileage check, They were able to take me the next day at the time I needed. The work was finished in less time than estimated. In addition they identified tire wear for me to see decide. I only had a picture of the paper receipt that I received from Big O tires and they honored it.
