We ordered the Pups - the pretzels with little smokey's. Informed they take about 10 minutes, we were prepared for that and sat in the window while we waited. We got the regular pretzel nuggets and tried the new cinnamon sugar pretzel in addition to the pups. You want to eat the pups right away but give them a bit, they are HOT! I love them and they didn't disappoint. The nuggets were consistent and great pretzel flavor with just the right amount of salt. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was just ok, it was too crusty for me, I wanted it really soft and chewy. It was just one to try because for me its always the pups. read more

I've lived down the street form Pretzel Boys for years and never went. I had a trivia night and decided that I would bring a catering order. They made it super simple! I'm a planner, so I called several days ahead of pick up. I had looked at the menu online and ordered the mini pup party tray. For 40 of them it was under $20, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I put my order in, and ordered an order of cheese dip and mustard on the side. I went on Saturday at 5pm and they were ready! I paid and was good to go. Super simple, which we all love. When I got to trivia night, they didn't come on a tray like I assumed they would since it said tray- but really no biggie! We had plates and enjoyed. The pretzels around the cocktail dogs were soft and fresh, perfect amount of salt. The dogs weren't over cooked and just the right temp. I plan on going for lunch soon since I'm so close- they have some pretty good lunch specials! read more

I've been twice and both times I have been pleased with my experience. My first visit, I enjoyed a Pretzel Wrapped Meat made with Cajun Chicken. It had just enough spice and kick. Paired with a large drink, it made a satisfying lunch. My visit today, I just wanted a snack to hold me over till dinner. I was torn between an order of Nuggets or Two Softies. After looking at the size of the softies and the lowest number of nuggets in an order, I went with the two softies. Being a lover of jalapeños, I had to select the jalapeño cheese sauce for dipping. It's a very clean operation. As you order at the counter, you have a full view of the kitchen, where they make their tasty pretzels. The staff is young and friendly. Felt nauseous today so figured a pretzel would help. Never been here before and heard it's a local place so I stopped by. First of all the place is really big. I was surprised. Second all of the pretzel wrapped meats were really big. Like the ratio was insane so I didn't get any of those. Never thought I would say this but the meat was definitely too big for the wrap. I got two dry boys or whatever they're called and cheddar cheese dip, vanilla icing, and then an Arizona mustard. I'm an Auntie Anne's kind of girl in all of its buttery goodness but these were real deal pretzels and they were pretty tasty. I feel like a little butter wouldn't hurt to help grease these dry guys up on the way down but it all had good flavor. Will try an inappropriately ratiod meat dog next time. read more

Pretzel's are a great afternoon snack! While I was on my way to my nail appointment the other day, I decided to stop in to pick up a snack for me and a snack for some of the nail technicians who I visit. The parking situation was not easy to navigate as they share a lot so all spots were taken. I was lucky to find a spot on the street and then I crossed over and walked inside. The guys behind the counter were eager to help me with my order. I asked for 2 orders of the 16 ct nuggets and they recommended I get 2 orders of the cheese to go with them. I also asked for 1 soft pretzel for myself. As others have mentioned, there isn't much seating so this is more of a carry out place, but they do have a few bar stools by the window with a counter if needed. Within a few minutes, I had a warm pretzel as well as a bag filled with nuggets to share with others. These are a great snack and reasonably priced. read more

I ordered two of their braut pretzels and two cheese braut pretzels (aka pretzel wrapped meats) along with half dozen of their softies with the jalapeno cheese dip. O.M.G. becky. The cheese dip was amazing with the pretzels. It was so good. The brauts were piping hot and the pretzel "bun" surrounding them were just amazing. So happy that Pretzel Boy's opened another location! This location is different from the others (Sunset Hills and Manchester) because they have seating. Not a lot of seating, but they have several bar stools against the front wall. Perfect place to wait while your order is being prepared or perfect for the 5 minutes you need to wolf down your dog. They have their regular pretzels, a variety of pretzel dogs, and mini pretzels ready to go. If they are out of something, it is usually ready to go in about 5 minutes. My favorite thing to order is the mini-pups. These are just little wieners wrapped in pretzel dough, but they are excellent! Because they aren't a menu staple, they are made to order in about 8 minutes. You could call ahead your order when you walk out of your house, or plan on waiting once you arrive. They are always piping hot and go perfectly with some cheese. There are 3 types of cheese (American, Pepperjack, and Chedder). They also have frosting for dipping- perfect for the cinnamon sugar covered pretzels. The cheese reheats pretty easily at home the next day. read more

Ordered 5 catering trays for my sisters birthday party, the trays all come with one mustard regular or spicy. I asked if I could pay to upgrade 3 of the mustards for their different cheeses they wouldn't let me, so had to add that on top of the trays. Everything was ready when I picked it up offered to carry it to my car which was nice touch but only gave me a regular mustard and spicy one of each and there should have been 3 more mustards that came with the trays. So I had to walk back in to get them but they happily gave them to me. I got 100 mini pups & 160 nuggets. They were super yummy and a huge hit! There wasn't one left when the party was over! I have been meaning to stop in here since driving by it a few weeks ago. Did not disappoint. Lots of different options, such as brat pretzels, hot dog pretzel, sausage pretzel, or just pretzel bites. Very cheap for being a niche service such as pretzels! I was able to try their jalapeño cheese sauce, regular softie, hot dog pretzel, and mustard sauce. I enjoyed both pretzels. I liked the jalopeno cheese sauce better than the mustard sauce. But when dipping the hot dog/brat, the mustard sauce was the way to go!! I hope to be back and to try their vanilla icing. read more

I had my first Pretzel Boy's experience and was not disappointed. I tried the brisket pretzel and a pup (hotdog pretzel) with a small cheese. The brisket pretzel was good and the fact that they had a ton of Sugar Fire sauces available for free was awesome. I had the Sugar Fire white sauce with the brisket and it was great. I actually enjoyed the regular pup pretzel dog better than the brisket which surprised me since I am a big bbq fan but it truly was that good. The hotdog was very good quality, cooked fully (but not overcooked), and very juicy. The "small cheese" was actually really big. Way more than I needed but that's not a bad thing at all. It was good and it didn't taste like that cheese you get out of a can which some places seem to rely on. They do have some bar seats available for you to sit and eat or wait on your order but it would be nice to have a couple of small tables so I could go and have a quick lunch with friends- there seems to be the space for it. Overall if you are looking for a quick, affordable, and tasty meal this is a great option in the neighborhood. I love Pretzel Boys and I'm so happy they opened a location closer to my house! Their pretzels are fresh and soft with great flavor and they have wonderful lunch options. I got the meat combo with a cheddar brat, soft pretzel, cheese, and drink for around $7 if I remember right. Great deal! They have a counter with lots of mustard options if you prefer. They also do a lot of special orders and can make pretzels into pretty much any shape for parties and they are very reasonably priced. Will definitely return many times for lunch! read more

I heard rave reviews and we finally tried this place on Hampton. We got two pretzel meat dogs, a regular standard pretzel, and cinnamon glaze softie. Our wrapped meat dogs were disappointing! The two just didn't seem to go together, in a way? It seemed to be that it had been cooked hours before (we went at the beginning dinner). The pretzel was not as soft and fluffy around the meat but thin and hard. Our jaws had to work extra to get a bite. The customer service was okay. It was hard to communicate on the phone and they assumed I knew about the place. I would recommend not making assumptions that everyone knows the language on the Pretzel Boys food. It would have helped to not have radio silence when I'm trying to figure out the menu and live up to explaining "the twisted experience". We would go again, but would consider only regular pretzels. read more

Not a fan and left with a bad first impression. I live near this shop and like all others around me I want it to succeed. I bought a cheddar brat pretzel and requested fires and was told that they don't have fries. I said ok chips then. Sorry no chips. Without trying to sound sarcastic I asked if they sold anything to drink. I bought a soda. Only place to eat inside was a tall counter at the front window and not too many spaces either. The brat was small and not regular sized. The pretzel had no salt on it. They did have a condiment counter that was unkept and sloppy. The store behind the counter was enormous compared to the space in front and had 4 people back there sitting and standing around. I fear that without an intervention and some changes they will not make it long here. read more

I love this place but I do have a few complaints. 1) can you please make a cheese size between ounce and cup(?)? There is a seriously wasteful situation occurring because of the size disparty in these cheese containers. 2) you give literally every single person in my family stomach problems whether it be gas or full blown diarrhea.
