The customer service was amazing had many drinks and was very clean after each customer they cleaned up.I had these nails for a week now and is still very good.Come here if you want nails like min

Boon/Boom or whatever her name is (short black and brownish hair) was very rude and reckless with my hands and nails. She got mad when I told her that she was hurting me and proceeded to talk on the phone while removing my nails. I then proceeded to tell her that we would pay however much was needed for the soak off that she failed to complete due to her being so reckless and dismissive of the pain she was causing. I will not be returning back. I asked for her name multiple times and the other nail techs were hesitant to tell me (still not sure they gave me the correct name). Either way, beware. Cheaper prices does not mean quality. I will never return. Happy holidays

I only needed a basic manicure and pedicure, so I decided to give this place a try, despite the poor reviews. Major mistake - I won't be returning ever again. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. After almost 10 minutes, someone finally asked what I needed to get done & prepared a pedicure station for me. 5 minutes in, my stylist left me to go and work on someone else for 10 minutes while I sat there. The rest of the pedicure was uneventful, but they used basic, cheap toilet paper to separate my toes, which almost immediately fell apart. The manicure was the worst part. I had SNS from a previous nail appointment (somewhere else), and they had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone to get it off. I've NEVER experienced this before -- usually my nails are wrapped using a cotton ball and aluminum foil. I tried to take my nails out because I could feel the acetone irritating my skin, but they insisted I keep them in. After the appointment, my fingers/hands were so dry that the skin started peeling off (see pictures.) The paint job was terrible. They didn't even attempt to clean up the edges of my nails, and I had to point out spots that they missed multiple times. When I finally left, no one said goodbye to me. It was also $40, which seemed ridiculous to me for a reg mani/pedi (no gel). Definitely wanted to write this review because many other reviews give 1-Star to more complicated procedures. Here's a review to let you know that they can't even get a basic mani/pedi right. Never returning.

I have been here many times. I won't say I absolutely love it though. The parking lot is busy most of the times. Driving in that parking lot is a nightmare because some Construction is going on and it's poorly structured. About the nail job : they are good but not always. Consistency is missing. Place gets really busy in the afternoon even on weekdays! (Mostly old people) I got the deluxe manicure (no gel) but I had gel on and they charged $5 extra to remove my polish :/ in the past they haven't charged for removing gel. I would still go there. :(

Happy cuticles! Slightly bumpy polish

Solidly okay service and great prices. Can't argue with $30 for a mani and pedi (level 2 w/ extra salt scrub). The pedi tech did a great job with scrubbing/exfoliating/etc. The polish wasn't great but it's fine. She spent a ton of time with my mom which was nice. The mani tech nailed my cuticles (get it? Nailed? Still working on my am coffee...). He aggressively removed tons of my neglected cuticle, but never never nicked me! Probably the best cuticle job I've ever had. Again the polish was just okay. The space was nice enough. A few people commented on Yelp about it needing a fresh coat of paint, and it looks like they have painted recently. They were installing new pedi chairs yesterday (the massager was way better than most nail salons!), and the floors are new, too. All in all, really happy with everything except the polish (I'm super OCD on that front so it takes a lot to earn my praise for polish). And the prices are awesome. So glad to have found a good place with great prices nearby!

BRAND NEW SALON. They just moved stores in the same shopping center. Now they are on the right side. This is my go-to nail salon! The women are very nice here (I love Cindy) and won't force conversation on you. They use a new pack of utensils for your pedicure and take their time. My nails always look great! No TV's or fancy decor but great massage chairs and relaxing music. Prices are amazing. They do push the gel manicure but not more than other places. Would highly recommend this salon! Prices I remember: Pedicure: $15 (regular) $20 (sea salt) $25 (deluxe) Manicure: $10 (regular) $25 (gel) Nail Art: $2 (per nail)

They cut my finger, got blood under the edge of the gel, and still charged full price.

This is a Chinese owned and staffed nail salon. I was there for about 1.5 hours for these services:…read moreshort almond-shaped acrylic full set with gel solid color ($50), pedicure with gel solid color ($50), and underarm waxing ($15). My total was $115, so this place is definitely on the pricier end for the basic, simple, and plain services. The salon is spacious and is located at a plaza with free parking. There were no discounts or promos for new customers or students besides a business card stamp (ask to receive one before paying!) to get $5 off on next service after 5 visits. Ming worked on my feet and Mei (or Ting, since I noticed the equipment she used were labeled "Ting") worked on my hands and waxing services. Fortunately, none of them wounded me in the process. I went on a Wednesday afternoon after scheduling to come in on the same day and I was seen right when I arrived. It was semi-busy since all 10 nail techs working were occupied and servicing a customer. What I wished they could improve on were: - Being straightforward and transparent on how much it cost for each extra service they ask you instead of just casually asking if you want this or that without putting a price tag on each enhancement and being shocked at the total in the end. - I did not receive a proper massage (as I seen everyone receives one after each service) from Mei, rather she was just lightly rubbing on my back as if she was making me feel better, which was honestly confusing and uncomfortable.

Vincent was determined to make sure that he could fulfill my needs to have the same design that I received from a Nail Tech in Buckhead that no longer services the area. He took time to try to find the design amongst a drop off, filled with others that were similar, but not exact until he found the perfect match. As a result, I now only go to this location and always hope that Vincent is there . The place is very neat and nice and I like the clean white decor. What I do not like, however is that you will wait when you get here. And the walk-in service is not the most professional that I have seen. You pretty much have to stand there and wait to be acknowledged or if you're familiar with visiting then you check in using the small kiosk outfront. The good thing about the kiosk is you know what your cost is going to be upfront which is not the same at other nail salon so I do appreciate that. I also had to ask for water versus being asked by needed something to drink like other salons that I typically frequent as well. It definitely gets crowded here so to spend a few hours, especially if you want both a pedicure and a manicure .

Mind you l've been going to the same nail salon downtown since I moved to Atlanta 8 years ago. They have nothing on this place of business. I love it here ! 10/10 highly recommend. Then you would think they would be super expensive. Not at all they are very affordable and well worth the price!

I wasn't given a chance to pick a polish color from the wall, and was instead told to sit immediately. My nail tech was friendly but a little too chatty. I suppose I could have outright said I was trying to relax not spend the whole appointment talking but usually closing your eyes and having one headphone on is a clear enough indication. Unfortunately she did not pick up on this. I told the tech I wanted a dark purple and she picked the polish color for me since I wasn't given the chance to pick it myself. It was a decent color, but she didn't do a great job painting and got quite a bit of polish on my cuticles. There was also apparently no drying station for me to sit at (I got regular polish not gel) because I was directed to pay and leave almost the second she was done with my topcoat. This left me to walk to my car in the salon flip flops because despite the fact that I was wearing sandals my fourth and pinky toe polish would have gotten smeared if I'd put them back on because the polish was given no time to dry.
