Love love love this nail salon. The atmosphere is such a vibe. Amazing service and customer service. Very professional, quick and attentive, they give complimentary drinks. They always make sure you're ok and comfortable. They even have a rewards program and you get points everytime you come to get money off your next visit. Even have good shows playing on the Tv and good but neutral music choices. This is now my go to nail salon. I found the service to be friendly however the nail drill was repeatedly left on my nails for too long, not used on the correct rotation, and caught my skin. Also my tech decided to repeatedly dig out the sides of my toenails which hurt and they are not supposed to go all the way up the side of my nail plate. Nearly to my cuticle? I am still in pain. I also don't have ingrowns so it was not necessary. I had to tell her to stop because she spent so much time on it. This grossed me out even more when I saw her wipe off the reusable tools she used with the rag she used on my feet and put it back in one of the "disposable" tool packs. The buffers were pre used and just thrown in the cart. The nails carts are super messy and look horribly dirty. I won't be coming back because I don't believe they are practicing sanitary conditions! The same filter used in my pediatric was used in the one next to me - they just detach it and use it on the next tub. Disgusting. read more

Came in for a pedicure and it was a below average experience. The chair itself was good but the water was way too hot and stayed that way despite me asking for it to be cooled down. I wasn't given a chance to pick a polish color from the wall, and was instead told to sit immediately. My nail tech was friendly but a little too chatty. I suppose I could have outright said I was trying to relax not spend the whole appointment talking but usually closing your eyes and having one headphone on is a clear enough indication. Unfortunately she did not pick up on this. I told the tech I wanted a dark purple and she picked the polish color for me since I wasn't given the chance to pick it myself. It was a decent color, but she didn't do a great job painting and got quite a bit of polish on my cuticles. There was also apparently no drying station for me to sit at (I got regular polish not gel) because I was directed to pay and leave almost the second she was done with my topcoat. This left me to walk to my car in the salon flip flops because despite the fact that I was wearing sandals my fourth and pinky toe polish would have gotten smeared if I'd put them back on because the polish was given no time to dry. read more

Unfortunately, would not recommend for several reasons: 1) very rushed (feet were in the water b4 I could pick a color and was then limited to the one lame book they let you see (really had my heart set on a specific color and did not get it)); 2) SNS + manicure not worth the extra $10 (all he did was cut cuticles which I typically get via drill - no scrub, no massage), and, 3) they pretend to not understand English, which for some is real, others is a bs way of not communicating. read more

This was my second time here and I must say I really did enjoy my experience. I brought my fiancé with me this time. We were seated and offered beverages, water, soda, margarita or red wine. We chose red wine. He got a Luxury Pedicure by Khanh while Ronnie did my Deluxe Pedicure and I believe John did my Gel Manicure. I showed Ronnie a picture of what I wanted and he was able to help me match the colors without having to look through 100 different gel colors. It was a very relaxing experience. Ronnie did a great job with my pedicure once again. John did a good job with my gel manicure. When this nail salon first opened then offered free drinks as you received your service. Everyone was smiling and welcoming you in as if they were genuinely happy for your business. My pedicures were relaxing and not rushed. When I returned This visit I noticed that the complementary drink service has already ended which kind of defeats the purpose of the name. I wasn't welcomed in but instead I was asked " what do you need today" very disappointed. So now it just a regular nail shop like all the others that atlanta is over populated with. Mmmmm. Idk. It was a very lackluster experience. The prices aren't easily visible. Upon initial inquiry I was quoted 30 for gel nail polish, then it was reduced to 25. The picture on the right is what I asked for, and the picture on the left is what I got. After they did the first nail, I said it was not what I wanted. They told me that if I wanted it changed, I would be charged more money. I told them it was not what the picture showed and they simply said "yes, it is." I did not enjoy my experience and I will not return. I'd rather pay more at a better salon. 1. I came in with gel polish on my nails. The young woman (I don't know her name) removed it with the drill. Really? I get gel and not SNS because my nails are weak and I don't want the drill. 2. The huge TV runs home video disasters and you can't help but look at it right in front of you. It's stressful! 3. She used an extremely coarse file, back and forth, that removed A LOT of my nails on the left and right edges, and completely changed the shape of my nails. 4. When it was time to paint I had to stop her. Every nail was a different and lopsided shape. I had to ask for the file and fix every one of them myself. 5. I don't know why, but AFTER she finished painting them, she filed some of the nails - with the rough file again. Not the fine one. 6. when I got in the car I looked at my nails. The gel was all lifting up at the cuticle. It really looked crappy. 7. I went back in and showed the guy at the front desk. I said, "This looks terrible." He glanced down and said, "it looks good to me." That's not customer service. He should acknowledge that something isn't right and actually see what I'm concerned about. He was a dork doing a job that he doesn't really care about. I will never return. The place is about getting lots of people in and out with great hours and access to appointments. I'd rather pay more and go to Feather in Avondale or drive to VaHi or Grant Park to a salon where they are client-focused and it's harder to get an appointment for a reason. read more

I received a fabulous gel polish pedicure from Khauh. She was amazing, very detailed-oriented and accommodating to an issues or concerns that I had. She answered all of my questions as well which I considered part of great customer service. I opted for a deluxe pedicure - Volcano Exploding pedicure since it was my treat for my birthday. Boy, it didn't disappoint! I highly recommend her for your pedicure services. This was my first time at the salon so I can't speak to any of the other services but the pedicure options and the results from Khauh was exceptional! I'll definitely be back to see her again for my pedicure services. Lastly, the salon was very clean, bright, relaxing, and spacious. They used a new set of pedicure tools for each customer. I saw other people's reviews but I personally didn't have that experience but I do think if your schedule allows and can accommodate, I'd recommend coming early when they open or at least before 12p. I warn you to avoid this joke of a nail salon. I just left there after having my nails completely filed off, having come in with long nails, then asking for a certain shape nail only to have the tech do the opposite. when I asked for a manager, they laughed at me and argued with me that I got what I asked for. That included walking into the business, advising receptionist of services preferred (basic - no color), shown to pedicure seat, water added - completed treatment 12 minutes. Moved to a table for 8 minute manicure - paid and back into my car. Manicure $20 - most only charge $15 Pedicure $28 - $25 to $28 average rate Multi visit is $5 off 5th visit, others $6 off 5th visit. Nice interior decor, professional staff. Prices a bit on the high side but the pampering service is in short supply. read more

These gel nails barely lasted a week. I was out of town, so no cleaning or dishes or anything that would impact the durability of the nails. They started catching on my hair and clothing after 4 days. Very disappointed. The day after I went back to have my toes fixed after two were smudged and the lady was telling me they were already chipped too. They were kind to fix them for me. She asked who did them and said "ah" I had a young girl the day before who was pleasant and helpful, but perhaps not trained all the way. My cuticles were bleeding the next three days as well. While the atmosphere is clean and nice as is the service, I will not be returning as the costs are too high for a product to last just over a week. Had them done 3/8. read more

Don't let the pictures fool you. They only care about your nails if you're paying a lot or asking for acrylic/anything fancy. I was so excited when this place opened because I had just moved from up north. Let me tell you DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You call and ask a price and when you're done they tell you a more expensive price. I've asked for a basic regular pedicure and they've upsold me without even telling me till it's time to pay. I stopped coming here for almost a year because it was so awful. I've cried every time I got my nails done. THEY CANT EVEN DO A GEL MANICURE/PEDICURE CORRECTLY I just went to get my birthday/vacation nails and it's EVEN WORSE. Rushed, not even, nail polish all over me, she didn't even take all of my polish off my feet before applying the new one. I don't understand how this place is open still. Really nice new nail salon in the area. I randomly stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure and I may have waited about 15 minutes for the next available technician. Which is great for 2 pm on a Saturday, I was actually expecting a much longer wait. I like this place a lot compared to others. I appreciate that all of there colors are one brand and it seems like they do a good job of keeping fresh bottles of polish in the rack. It may have taken the nail tech about 30ish minutes which was great. Overall I had a great experience here and the prices are comparable to other salons in the area. Big place, nice people. I walked past the bottles of polish and ended up choosing colors from those little plastic things. Lots of communication issues about which colors I wanted, and one color looked absolutely nothing like the sample. They also kinda have glittery or "cream" colors, but very few "shimmery" colors (my preference). I recommend choosing from the bottle rack or bringing your own. read more

Tried this salon for the first time yesterday, The entire process was awful. Next day, my dip nails are peeling. Ive NEVER EVER had a dip application peel on me. Have you?? I've been here twice. The first time was good besides the fact that my pedicure was rushed so that the polish used on my toes can be used on my fingers. The second time was worse. Everything was rushed. I came in for a pedicure and a full set. I asked for a deluxe pedicure but I did not receive the sugar scrub. My full set might be one of the worst I've ever had. It not near at all. There's acrylic on the inside of the nails & each nail is a different shape. Decided to visit since it was a newer nail salon and close. I felt like my pedicure went well but then 7 hours after the visit, the polish on my feet had rubbed off 6 toes. The only ones it didn't rub off of were the 4 toes that my tech redid because she felt like they were poorly painted. My manicurist cut my finger while doing my nails, there are air bubbles in multiple of my nails, and streaked paint on others. I've come to this Salon 3x's so far. I love the convenience of where it's located! The younger guy at the front desk is always friendly, he walks around and makes sure everything is running smoothly! I love the ambiance and decor in the shop. It's bright and it's a fault large salon. The women who did my nails during my first visit didn't seem very friendly. I noticed other patrons were being offered wine however my mom and I were only offer water or coke. My daughter wasn't offered a drink at all. I wasn't sure if I should be offended but I brushed it off. My nails chipped and polish came off both my feet and hands after about 2 days, so I returned a week later for nail repair which they did free of charge! The same women who did my nails the first time, also did my repair. Again, she didn't seem very friendly and was a bit pushy in treatment. I don't think she likes me lol. However my 3rd visit was much more pleasant...an older gentleman and a different women did my mani/pedi. They were very friendly and I'd definitely go back just for them. read more

It's frustrating as a customer to spend a lot of money on a luxury service, be kind and courteous to your tech, to face attitude when you don't want to upgrade to a service. Additionally I asked for nail Art and the tech wouldn't look at a photo and told me she knew what she was doing. It wasn't what I wanted and not like the picture I was going to show her. I asked for an itemized receipt at the end and was given attitude by the man who looked in charge. When a line item says $80 for upgrades but doesn't list the upgrade how do I know what I was actually charged for? I have been charged for things I didn't ask for in the past and it's frustrating to even have to ask but even more frustrating when you can't get one. When you spend so much on services like this it's disappointing to be given such attitude and bad service. read more
