This is the third time I came to this place for a manicure, only because I live in BC. The first time a caucasion lady did the work. She was very professional, polite and did a great job. It was a simple manicure. I went there again about four weeks ago, she wasn't there so one of the other girls said she would take care of it. She had another customer in a pedicure chair so while he was soaking his feet she rushed through my manicure. She did a horrible job, didn't buff the nails out when done. Said it was extra to do that?? She had finished the manicure in under ten minutes, hmmm. Today I decided to give them another chance, I wont let one bad experience ruin a relationship with the business. The lady I had the first time was again off. I had a young girl that barely spoke english this time. Oddly enough she was also in the middle of a pedicure job. Once again the finished job sucked! Jagged nail edges, nails were not buffed afterwards, cuticles looked like hell. I shouldnt have paid but I did, came home and cleaned them up the best I could myself. I used to go in Henderson and Las Vegas to get my nails done but there was a traffic situation about two months ago that meant I had to stay here in BC and I ran in here last minute. Just got done getting pedicures with my mom. Only $25! Tommy and My did our nails and did a fantastic job. Tommy made sure to ask if I was ticklish, which I am, and made the scrub absolutely bearable. Also, he was meticulous and corrected any imperfections. My did a great job with my mom. My favorite is NiNi, with JJ a close second; but every technician is qualified to handle your request. Services include gels, air brush, acrylics, pedicures - you name it - they can do it well. My mother, grandmother, daughter and myself all go here. They are the BEST and can do anything u ask. Show them a pic off the internet they can do it and usually better!!! The best part is NiNi and JJ make u feel like family. Throughout the whole apt. there is laughing and joking it is just fun as well as the best place to get your nails done. My nails were done 26 days ago first time acrylic nails and gel polish. Today they look just as they did coming out of the shop (except the growth which means I'll need a fill - and I am no where near Nv. to get it done here). I have read in reviews of other salons that the nails don't stay on, the gel chips etc -- but For Sure - Not These Nails. Aside from the quality, witnessed by the way they have held up - the service was very good. The Pedicure was also wonderful with massage and cream alone with a polish job that also looks as good today as 26 days ago (and I wear open sandals a lot). If I were anywhere within a reasonable drive I would be seeing these folks on a regular basis. read more

OMG! Crappy customer service on the part of the only "nail technician" who knew how to use dipping powder! Myself and two other family members regretfully chose this place to get our nails done on 6/25/2017, Sunday. We called ahead and had an appointment, but hadn't decided prior to appointment what we wanted done. The other technicians there knew how to treat their customers. The one with the black, choppy shoulder length hair who was the ONLY one there that was trained for using dipping powder, unfortunately, had use waiting for over an hour or more. She NEVER apologized for having me wait even though she knew ahead of time that I wanted French Tips with gel and dipping powder. She didn't offer a discount prior to being cursed at once. Then lied about "if" we waited more than 20 minutes and that she wasn't going to give a discount when she already said she WAS NOT. She kept speaking in her native language and walking to the back room ranting. We did have a verbal disagreement between my party and her. Her tone before we got upset was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
