She always asks me how my fam is doin, and then we'll just talk about whatever! When I first started coming 5 years ago, I was still an avid nail biter and I had been all my life. Since then, with Jackie (and her staff's) consistent support, I've stopped biting my nails and I am SO happy with them. I'm familiar with her whole staff fam, so they know about my nails and will always add a nail strengthener if I ask, before the gels, to help keep them from breaking. My natural nail shape has a mind of its own and Jackie and her staff are always super great at fixing them up to look perfect! I added a picture of my nails from my last appointment!! There's usually a Netflix show or movie playing in the background, which I love. I had one of my appointments the day that "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" came out (the Zac Efron movie about Ted Bundy) and we watched that. Last time I was in, we watched "P.S. That wasn't cool Lily no one even acknowledged me or said hey I'm going to be a little late, silence I live in Logandale 1hr 20 minutes outside of town I drove all the way from there today to lone mountain to here I have to plan my nail days on those times now I get to drive another 1hr 20min home with no nails I have been a customer for almost a year and I didn't even warrant and acknowledgement. Here is her response mind you she owns this supposed fam friendly business Hi Nicole, thank you for sharing your thoughts. While I regret your visit ended this way, After reviewing your account history--including multiple past no-shows and the recurring frustration around our scheduling flow when we run behind--it's clear our salon is no longer a mutual fit for your needs.
