This shop is so BEAUTIFUL and the women here are ALL so talented. It's a one stop pamper and spa day! I have been working with many of the women at the salon for years. Sherrill is one of the kindest and loving women you will ever meet. She is the shop owner/Momma and really puts her heart in all she does. She has been doing hair for many years and does an amazing job. I am probably Erin's biggest fan she does all of our hair and I trust her with everyone which is hard to find in one place. I have a special needs son and Erin is SO kind and patient and really makes for a good experience for something that didn't used to be that way. She took the time to explain ever step and to offer suggestions - something I had never experienced - it was the best color and highlight I had ever received...and I've had a LOT. recently had my usual monthly hair color appointment with the owner, sherill, who i have used since she started her business. after i left i realized i had made my next appointment. so i texted her through facebook. she stated to me please find another hair dresser when you are here you make me nervous. she texted tgat and then immediately blocked any response. fine there are plenty of hair dressers, i was ready to change. but tell me to my face not after you get 73. plus a 5.00 tip. thats for less than anbhour of work. i have very short thin hair. i have always been nice. in the past she asked me to give a yelp review. i complied with a nice one. this is very unprofessional and cowardly. read more

I was referred to Creative Hair and Nails by a friend. I'm so glad I decided to go. The first time I saw Sherill, I needed a haircut. I was a little nervous because, I wanted to have the dead cut off but at the same time keep my length. Every time I tell a new stylist that, they still end up cutting way to much off and I leave unhappy. Sherri did exactly what I asked. She only cut the dead off. So I decided to have highlights put in and decided that Sherri's would be the one to do it!! Agin I showed up nervous but left so happy!!! Sherrill did a wonderful job on my hair, color and cut just like I like it (I even showed her pictures). The entire staff was very friendly! As I came in, she was sanitizing her station, it was very clean (and can I say cool, I was happy to get out of the heat). Erin also gave me my first ever facial. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I can say it was probably the most relaxing thing I have ever done and my skin feels so hydrated and smooth. I almost fell asleep! Whatever she used on my lips tasted wonderful! I would recommend this salon to any one looking for a new stylist or pampering services! I have had Sherrill trim my hair before but this time I wanted to donate my hair and cut a new style. I booked my appointment and I had an amazing experience. I had a few pictures of what I wanted and she cared for every single step in the process from cutting for donation to cutting and styling for my finished hairdo. She is a caring and kind person too! Donated my hair to wigs for kids with the help of the wonderful Ms. Sherril Graff! The cut was free of charge but the artistry was outstanding. She made sure to perfect my hair cut and always made sure I was happy along the way. She was flexible with my needs and took very good care of my hair. I was nervous to chop my hair off because of how I'm gonna look with short hair but Sherril did a phenomenal job making sure the outcome is everything I wanted and more. Sherrill Graff and the other ladies at the salon are wonderful, kind, honest, compassionate, talented people. You may notice some bad reviews with one star. Some people including an attorney are bullying the salon owner and her family and friends over an incident that happened to a family friend 10 years ago. The allegations are not true. The police have reviewed the incident and found that it contains nothing that is prosecutable. There is no evidence that the incident ever occurred. Samantha was amazing. She did exactly what I asked for with color. We came back today for my daughters hair. Shop is clean and Samantha likes you talk and keep conversation. There is nothing worse than getting your hair done In silence. Also the cost was great. Didn't feel like I was paying someone's rent with one visit. We will definitely be coming back to her. Traveling via RV, I was in town for a short period of town. I was able to get an appointment 2 days ahead. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and pointed to Erin's work station in a room off the main salon. I have short hair that needed a trim and Erin listened carefully to my needs. The hair cut was perfect and I was there maybe 25 minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant and there is parking in front of the shop with no level changes at all. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I have had wonderful hair cuts and colors from Sherrill. I have also had cuts for my daughter. We both love getting our hair done by Sherrill. She treats us with respect and does just what we want. She even fixed my hair for free after I didn't like the length and cut. I thought I would like it, but after a day I knew it would frustrate me, so she fixed it for free. Tried this place because it is close to my house and I had a coupon. The pedicure was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and very clean. I got a different style and cut from what I had previously, but it turned out okay and now that I had a day to live with it I actually like it. They took time to put highlights in and cut it nicely.
