I had to get their famous kung pao chicken, which included a side of hot sour soup and egg roll. Talk about a deal! The food came out piping hot. The portions were huge! The restaurant kind of reminds me of Panda Express, except there's more variety here. The kung pao chicken was fragrant and delicious. I couldn't finish my meal, so I took the rest home. All the food is served in a takeout container, so it's easy to pack it up to go. I ended up eating the rest for dinner, and it was still delicious. This was probably the best value meal I got in Orange County.

Awesome lunch prices--valid everyday of the week. I loved my Thai basil chicken with fried rice and my daughter enjoyed her broccoli beef with steamed rice. Taste overall was pretty decent fresh and reheated later.

On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.

The meals are healthy, fresh, and actually taste good--which isn't always the case with meal prep. We do pescatarian and vegetarian, and Suzy's been great about working with our preferences. Everything's high-protein, low-sodium, and there's always good variety--which is very hard to pull off when you're cooking for yourself. Free delivery on Mondays and Wednesdays within the area is another big plus--it keeps everything fresh and makes life easier. Suzy is also just the nicest. She started this after her own health journey, and you can really tell how much care she puts into the food. It's a big, well-run operation with multiple kitchens, but it still feels personal. If you're looking for easy, healthy meals that don't break the bank--this is it!!

The Kare kare was mostly dry beef and cabbage. It tasted like it was about to go bad. It had a slight sour taste. Everyone ate but hardly any went back for seconds. We had so much leftover food that got tossed. The guests didn't want to take any of it home. Some of them were forced to take some.
