The cebuchon skin was crispy, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The grilled chicken and the grilled liempo were tasty too. I'm not a big fan of atchara (pickled papaya) in general, but theirs had the right amount of acidity and sweetness for me. First off, customer service was A1!! Put an order in for Christmas Day for 1pm and when I picked it up, it absolutely smelt and looked delicious!! Took it home and it was the star of the show.
