Cebuchon, atchara and barbecue chicken
Abby B.

I'm really glad I stumbled across Pino Barbecue on Yelp when trying to figure out what would be my family's Thanksgiving spread. We recently welcomed a newborn, so I wasn't looking to spend much time in the kitchen this year but still wanted a tasty and special meal for everyone to enjoy. I ended up ordering the medium set C, which included a medium cebuchon, barbecue chicken, half tray of garlic rice, atchara (pickled vegetables), and 2 sauces. My family really enjoyed everything in the set, and were impressed by the quality of the food. The cebuchon and barbecue chicken were cooked to perfection! Both meats were super flavorful, moist and tender. The cebuchon had a nice crispy outer layer. The atchara was a nice side to balance out the meal, and the sauces paired really well with the meats. Coordinating with Kat for ordering and picking up the food was super easy, and everything was packaged well to make food transportation easy and mess free. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pino barbecue any party/catering needs!

First off, customer service was A1!! Put an order in for Christmas Day for 1pm and when I picked it up, it absolutely smelt and looked delicious!! Took it home and it was the star of the show. Didn't even get a chance to get any pics of it cut up because all my family was eating it before I got a chance to. Saved a piece to put to the side for later. Just reheated it in the air fryer and it tasted just as good if not better when I had it the first time. THAT SKIN IS CRISPY!!!! I highly recommend Pino Barbecue for any party or occasion.

Lechon belly

This lechon belly tastes exactly like Cebu flavored lechon! The vinegar was a nice touch too! Service is always great

Cebuchon Medium Set A

The cebuchon tasted so good, it was juicy but not fatty, and paired w ell with the achara and vinegar. Our guests enjoyed it!

You definitely get a generous amount of meat, unlike cebuchon I've had from other places that are mostly fat.

Even though each store has a strengths, I feel like overall Bristol Farms is the better of the two. This is speaking as millennial and maybe Bristol Farms serves a more immature crowd. Hopefully it stays that way. They have everyday products and they have very niche products. Literally something for everyone their bakery is delicious and of course they have their classic big cookies that are served warm. I haven't had anything from the juice/coffee bar yet, but I will next, however the poke bar and the hot bar, never disappoints and that is why I'm writing this review finally. Today I had a flounder piccata mashed potatoes, perfectly roasted vegetables, and pasta Bolognese with huge chunks of beef. Everything was delicious. The flounder even remained crunchy two hours after leaving the store they don't have the variety in the hot bar that Whole Foods has, however, the quality is far superior, and the flavor is in the upper echelon compared to Whole Foods. These are consistent findings within the self-service food area even within the deli carving station. Sometimes they have turkey briskets. I believe I've even purchased prime rib there and the quality and flavor is always on point consistently the presentation of all of their items never fails either also, every time I go to Bristol Farms you're always greeted with a smile. The staff is really nice and in general they look like they're happy to be there which makes the shopping experience that much better.

Store itself is good sized and organized with a nice little wine shop. The bakery counter had good options and I got a few bakery goods of course. I find some of the fresh produce weren't as fresh as Whole Foods. Also less grocery varieties cause they sell a lot of different things other than groceries. Nonetheless I got what I needed. We stopped at coffee and juice counter for matcha and cold brew before leaving. The workers were a bit flat but still polite. This is a good choice of store for groceries whenever we need to charge our car too. One stop for two chores to save time!

Lea was incredibly kind, gracious, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from. One of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to give Filipino food space in a corporate setting and seeing how well received it was. Hallelumpia absolutely delivered.

Highly recommend--great food and service!
