When the food finally came, my poor starving niece had a hair in her pancakes and grossly undercooked bacon. The rest of our food was lukewarm and not as good as usual. Good.. but not as good as usual. We asked for the manager multiple times, who apparently also doubled as the bartender.. she never came and our waiter finally told us if we wanted to speak to her we'd have to go see her inside. Our waiter was nice throughout, and I did feel bad for much of the staff including the hostess who bore the brunt of so many frustrated patrons due to the absolutely horrible planning on the manager's part.
