On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.

Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away.
