I looked at the specials which didn't quite fit what I was looking for but placed a regular priced order anyways. When I get to the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by a blond-short-haired guy who grabbed my pizza, looks at the ticket and tells me "let me see if I can get you a better deal...". He looks around on the computer, then walks over to another taller guy who wore glasses and explained the situation. He looks around on the computer and tells me my order will be about $6 cheaper than what my online order receipt said. WHAT??? You mean, you don't want to squeeze any money you can from me? You aren't looking to just make a buck? You actually care about your customers? I mean, what kind of honest and ethical operation are you running there? At some other restaurants it feels like you're bothering the employees by asking for basic things. Not here, Porky's is 100% customer-centric. An honest business will continue to earn business. On Sunday, July 5, at 10:55 a.m., I received a text explaining that an unexpected equipment malfunction late Saturday, July 4, had affected their production schedule. I was given the option to receive a credit toward the following week's order or a full refund. I replied that same day requesting a full refund. I followed up on Tuesday, July 7, and was told that refunds typically take three to five business days. By July 13, I still had not received the refund, so I reached out again but received no response. I followed up once more on July 14 and again received no response or refund. This is especially disappointing because I had been ordering meal-prep meals from them on and off for more than a year. I understand that unexpected problems happen, but a business should communicate with its customers and promptly issue refunds when promised.
