This is my second pick up both of which were huge issues but the first one was my fault so I thought it would somehow be better. AFTER I get a text on a different thread saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. Customers pull up to suite N on Sundays and we bring the food out or they text the business line" which is NOT on any texts from the "business line" and they never replied once on that line. The food is not worth this trouble.

I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? These are consistent findings within the self-service food area even within the deli carving station. Sometimes they have turkey briskets. I believe I've even purchased prime rib there and the quality and flavor is always on point consistently the presentation of all of their items never fails either also, every time I go to Bristol Farms you're always greeted with a smile. The staff is really nice and in general they look like they're happy to be there which makes the shopping experience that much better.

The comment felt unnecessary, presumptive, and embarrassing--like he had decided I needed to be warned about the cost of something I had already chosen to purchase. As a customer of color, it also made me wonder whether he would have made that same comment to shoppers who do not share my skin color. That is not the kind of interaction any customer should have while grocery shopping, especially at a store like Bristol Farms. Other shoppers should be aware of this experience, and I hope Bristol Farms takes it seriously. Please do better and train employees not to make assumptions about customers.
