    4 of my favorite breads.

The nicest people with the best bread. I wouldn't go to any other place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is small and homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]With the best fresh smells.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A tiny bakery shop right next door to northgate serving freshly baked breads and cakes. I got the a concha bread it was decent and a tres leche cake I think it was $46 for a 10in fair pricing not cheap nor overpriced. I like how the tres leche cake was moist and not overly sweet so you can easily chow down the whole cake lol. Service was ok the lady wasn't too friendly but wasn't bad. I'd be back for their tres leche.

    The cake

I got a cake from this bakery and it was the best decision i made the cake was delicious, colorful, great quality it was just great! The service i received when going thru the process was amazing they did everything professionally great i totally recommend!!!! Give it a try and u won't regret it. Im already planning my daugthers birthday again and i will ordering the cake with them

Just bought this Mil Hojas cake So Delish. Crispy and fresh fruit tasted so good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Excellent ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Shared with co-workers, they loved it.... Great and fast service, fair price! Very Happy with Mil hojas Bakery

Rosca grande, viene con 6 niños y está deliciosa!

I've ordered the 3 leches and mil hojas cakes. Both are delicious. Not too sweet and with lots of berries. I've also had their tamales and most of their bread. This is a very legit bakery with many options and fresh bread throughout the day. The owner (young guy) started making mil hojas cake in his living room and now he runs this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice to see it always packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We come here for pan dulce all the time. The bread is always fresh and delicious. We recently ordered a tres leches cake. We are a family of 4, the cake was gone within 24 hours. Definitely getting my cakes here moving forward. This place has become a family favorite.

    Mini fruit tart!

Amazing bakery, the Mil Hojas special cake is to die for! It's layers of sponge cake, flakes, custard, topped with light frosting and peach, strawberries, and kiwi! And then the other special fruit tart, is amazing crust with custard, topped with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peach, and kiwi! $46/ cake that feeds 10-12 people. Met the young owner he let me try a sample of the sponge cake with the custard before I ordered. Will be coming back. Also he let me know they're open all holidays!!

Looks delicious. Bring an interpreter if you don't speak Spanish. However it is a self serve setup so not an issue unless you have questions. The Torta I bought was @$9 and had mayo, a thin slice of ham, an egg, and what tasted like a spread of refried beans. Decent tasting but needs hot sauce IMO. I think next time I'll pick out some pastries. I didn't see a menu so I don't know much about what else they sell? The guy before me got some sort of white liquid that looked like horchata? Maybe it was some sort of soup? I dunno... no menu and no English so that might remain a mystery. I'd still return to try the pastries because they looked delicious!

you can taste the freshness of the bread baked here! I get excited when I find a panaderia (bakery) that has good pan dulce (sweet bread) with a wide variety. And the best part? They're open late for us night owls - they close at 10pm. It's a small spot so it can get crowded inside very easily but they're located in a strip mall right next to Northgate/ other restaurants so there's plenty of parking. I went last week and saw that they added a small table and chairs right outside. We "discovered" this place during Christmas and they were selling champurrado at the time, which we tried, and it was pretty good however, I prefer hot chocolate with my bread. Anyway, I love a good bread run at 9pm and this is the place we're heading to.

I got so many pastries. There were no misses. My favorite of the bunch was the blueberry cake. The cake wasn't too sweet, was moist, fluffy, and tasty. I enjoyed the matcha cheesecake, garlic sea salt bread, and raspberry cruffin as well. I also grabbed an egg bacon bread and regular sea salt bread to-go for future breakfasts. Warmed up, these were great in the morning! To drink I had the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte which was not too sweet and yummy! Good matcha flavor and the banana pudding was creamy. Mixed together, it was good. I also enjoyed the crunchy bits in there as well as the real banana slices. I got it at the small size, but the portion was generous. It went well with the pastries. There's some inside seating and tables as well as a bathroom available. There is lots of free parking around the bakery. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was still packed! I love how the bakers were constantly baking even in the afternoon, so they brought out fresh batches of their pastries. Overall, a great bakery and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fullerton area.

The variety is definitely one of the strongest points here. We tried the Matcha Cruffin, Onion Cream Bread, and Three Cheese Bagel. The Onion Cream Bread was the best of the three. The cream was light and balanced well with the bread, but the onion flavor was pretty much lost. I could barely taste it. The Matcha Cruffin was disappointing. There was matcha powder on top, but absolutely no matcha filling inside. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or simply missed the filling in ours, but for something sold as a matcha cruffin, I expected an actual matcha presence beyond the topping. The Three Cheese Bagel, made with cheddar, cream cheese, and mozzarella, had good flavor but the texture was much too hard. We were dining in and had it warmed up, yet the bread was still tough and the cheese inside had already hardened. Service was fine, but nothing stood out. Overall, great selection and a nice space, but the pastries we tried were inconsistent.

One time before it had a strange chemical-like taste and I couldn't finish it, but I think that was just a one-off because it's normally really good. The banana matcha was good too, although it could've used a little more banana foam this time. The lines can get pretty long, so I was glad it wasn't too busy today. My favorites are the fish sandwich pastry and the jalapeño cheddar pastry. This time I also tried the salt and cookie butter croissant, the s'mores Danish, the Nutella banana Danish, and the turkey and cheese croissant. Everything was good except the turkey and cheese croissant, it was way overcooked for my liking, so I probably wouldn't order that one again. Overall, a good bakery with consistently tasty pastries and drinks.

The bakery is bright, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of pastries beautifully displayed. It has a cozy café feel that's great for catching up with a friend or taking a small break during the day. The staff was friendly and efficient, and even though there was a steady flow of customers, the line moved quickly. This visit, I tried the seasonal S'mores Frappe, and it honestly surprised me. I expected it to be overly sweet, but it was much more balanced than I anticipated. I actually ended up liking it more than Starbucks' version because you could still taste the chocolate and graham cracker flavors without it feeling like a sugar overload. I also picked up a few pastries. The S'mores Pastry was my favorite--it had great chocolate flavor, and the little dollop of toasted marshmallow on top was such a fun finishing touch that tied everything together. The only surprise was the Croissant Donut. It has a tangy lemon filling, but that wasn't mentioned in the name, so it definitely caught me off guard. If you're expecting a classic cream or custard filling, just know there's a citrus twist inside. It's not bad by any means, but I wish it had been labeled more clearly so I knew what to expect. Overall, Paris Baguette continues to be one of my favorite bakery chains when I'm craving pastries and specialty drinks. Between the welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and seasonal menu, it's always worth stopping in to see what's new.

The bread is soft, the garlic flavor is just right, and the cream cheese filling brings everything together perfectly. Their coffee drinks are also consistently good. My personal favorite is the Smokin' Spaniard, probably because I'm a sucker for anything made with condensed milk. It's rich, smooth, and just sweet enough without being over the top. On a recent visit, I decided to try their new Pineapple Express. It was a hot day, and I was in the mood for something fruity and refreshing without any caffeine.
