Italian chicken salad euros 4.99. Incredible.
    Katherine A.

This is by far the BEST airport grab and go food that I have seen in all my travels. They carry an incredible selection of European inspired salads, sandwiches, fruit, pastries, yogurt parfaits and much more. They had an interesting selection of healthy salad options including avocado salmon, Greek, tuna with beets, and many more. Ingredients were fresh and portions were generous. I tried the Greek salad which ran about 5 Euro The salad was delicious with greens, feta cheese, eggs, olives and more. I couldn't wait to dig in and forgot to take a picture. They carry a marvelous selection of French baguette sandwiches from salmon with salmon to ham and cheese. The bread is thick and chewy and the meats tasty. The sandwiches ran from 3-5 Euro. They also carry a selection of natural juice beverages that are out of this world. And baristas are on hand to prepare a special cup of coffee or spot of tea. I can't believe this place is hidden in an airport. The food is popular so expect a line to check out. They have a nice area with tables where you can eat and connect to WiFi. Wow! This is airport food at its best. I'll dream about coming back.

Sure, we more or less mastered the fast casual movement with spots like Chipotle and Noodles & Company, but we haven't seem to have perfected a place like Leon yet, which has for years now been among my favorite chains in London. Fortunately, the Heathrow Terminal 3 location doesn't drop the ball. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? For an airport location, the T3 Leon spot does a fantastic job of replicating the proper stand alone spots scattered across the city. Service is snappy even when the lines get lengthy, and the folks behind the counter maintain their charm. The one notable downside is that the menu is pretty severely reduced, and I was disappointed to find that several options were missing from what I'd spotted in the city a day prior. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? I was fully expecting to pay ten pounds plus given I was at Heathrow; so you can imagine how far my jaw dropped when I saw that my Chicken Hot Box came in at under seven pounds for a good portion of grub. Great deal. Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? This was good stuff - fresh brown rice with fresh and flavorful chicken accompanied by cabbage and a garlic aioli that brought it all together nicely. Spot on. Dual Stars Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? I love Leon, and would gladly eat there daily, but this location loses a star for having the reduced menu. No Star Granted.

Stopped at Leon before my flight back to the US. They had a selection of quite reasonably priced (for London) items ranging from poached eggs, porridge cooked with milk, to smoked salmon muffin. The girls behind the counter were so nice. I mean, they were working 7am Sunday! Bless their hearts. A good sign of whether it's a good restaurant is whether the airport workers eat there. In this case, all the bobbies were grabbing their morning teas/ coffees here. Very good sign as those fellas are pretty disconcerting! Only minor criticism is that the porridge is quite rich - cooked with lots of cream or milk - tasty as it maybe, I am a lactose fiend and my tummy was struggling a little on the flight.

We were able to place an Uber Eats order and had it delivered to our hotel for when we arrived and I was way more impressed with the food than I thought I would be. The menu is fully vegetarian with vegan modifications for any items that are not fully vegan because of using dairy cheese. There are too many options to choose from, and prices are very reasonable. We had to try a little bit of everything: BBQ Chicken Lollipops, Masala Fish, Margarita Pizza, Doner Wrap, and of course the famous Warrior Fries (a must order!). Everything=chef's kiss. I couldn't believe it was all vegan, especially the fish: I had to do a double take! The Warrior Fries seem to be one of the big things here and I see why: I couldn't stop eating them! Super Singh's is true vegan comfort food. The customer service is also phenomenal: I found them on Instagram and, being the indecisive person I am, reached out asking for recommendations. I got prompt and kind responses for every question asked! The fact that they are responsive on social media is a huge deal for me, especially when there are questions that need answers. And the portions are pretty darn good for what you pay-just do yourself a favor and go order you some vegan junk food from Mr. Singh, you won't regret it!

Everything is vegetarian and they have loads of vegan options. They can also make your food onion/garlic free, which for me is amazing, as I have an allium intolerance and is hard to find places to cater to my needs, lots of gluten free but hard to find allium free. The place is located in the southeast side of Heathrow, short distance from Hatton Cross Tube station, hard to miss really, the advertising boards are a bit in your face, don't be put off by that, the service is really good and the food is very nice.
