Bought online and made an appt., but couple of days before got a nail so took it over that day to see if I could get installed early. Ronan got me logged in and done that day, plus the Toyo tires were just out of the oven in March/April of 2026; fresh. Good job.

This experience is only related to my visit today. I've already been a huge fan of America's Tire…read morein WC. I've been. A customer for years and I recommend the place to my friends and family. Today I came in without an appointment to have one tire replaced on my car under warranty. It's a work day and I drove in from Oakland so I didn't have loads of time to lose. They were clear when I dropped the car off that, because I'm a walk-in, I'd have to wait 2.5-hrs. More than I wanted to wait but I get it and I agreed to come back in that time. They also have a link that tells you when the car should be done which is also cool. I used that while I was out to sort out when I should head back to grab my car. The app at that link confirmed my car was going to be ready at the same time they told me earlier so I came back to pick it up. Once I arrived, I could tell the car hadn't been touched. They then explained they'd need the car for another 1.5-hrs. Completely ridiculous and a big downer for someone who had always been a loyal customer. I might change this rating someday but hoping this acts as a warning for others who attempt to walk-in to get their car serviced here. You can't rely on their estimated time nor can you rely on the technology they use to keep customers updated on when cars will be finished. Here's hoping they fix their workflow and fancy systems they use to "help" loyal customers.

Same review I wrote for Google I am putting here. Cause shops that care are worth that and damned…read morehard to find. I have been doing "car stuff" for most of my life and usually do all my own work, even down to timing belts and chains. But I don't own a tire machine so I usually end up at Wheel Works, America's Tire, or Big-O. All leave me dissapointed most of the time. I care about the quality of work and the value recieved, hugely. Getting the little things right really, really matters to me. I wanted to get away from bigbox USA and try a local shop out, so off to A1 I went for a tire rebalance. A1 had to give me bad news that three of my wheels were bent but they balanced them the best they could. I was very disappointed in the news but so it goes, it's not their fault. Funny enough, every other shop said the wheels were fine and I didn't hit anything new. I digress. . . So, I gave them a shot on balancing my racetrack wheels (with track oriented rubber). The three times prior, balanced at big box stores, things vibrated. I was told that it was because they were performance tiers. A1 balanced these things, said they were straight, and sent me on my way. Imagine my surprise when my car rolled along smooth as silk. Felt like an entirely different vehicle. Things were exactly as they said and work was done right the first time. On such as simple and common thing, where three other shops faltered, after multiple attempts... A1 GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I'm stingy and particular. Yet, they earned my business.

Exceptional Customer Service and a Manager Who Keeps His Word!…read more I recently returned to America's Tire on Monument Boulevard in Concord after a disappointing experience earlier this year. I had serious reservations about returning, but the new store manager, Max Shephard, completely changed my opinion of this location. After learning about my previous experience, Max personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to restore my confidence in the store. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely interested in making things right. Today, I arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. for my scheduled appointment to have two tires replaced on my work van. Not only did Max personally oversee the entire process, but his team also rotated my tires and even took the initiative to use one of my old tires as a replacement spare. I was back on the road at 8:22 a.m.! That's just 22 minutes for an exceptionally thorough service experience. What impressed me most wasn't simply the speed. It was the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the fact that Max followed through on everything he promised. As someone who works in sales and understands the importance of customer relationships, I recognize outstanding service when I experience it. Max demonstrated what effective management and genuine customer care should look like. It's easy for a business to apologize when something goes wrong. It's another thing entirely to take responsibility, earn back a customer's trust, and deliver on that commitment. Max and his team did exactly that. Thank you, Max, for turning a negative experience into an exceptionally positive one. You've earned back my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your store. Five stars, well deserved!

I'm updating my previous 5-star review based on my most recent experience…read more I purchased four new tires for my truck, and what should have been a simple installation turned into eight trips back to the Concord store. During the original installation, two of my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors were damaged. On my second visit, they replaced the sensors, but they still didn't report tire pressure. On my third visit, I was told everything was working and that I just needed to drive the truck until the sensors synchronized with the vehicle. After driving all weekend with no change, I returned for a fourth visit, where the sensors were reset, but I was told there was nothing more they could do. On my fifth visit, I explained that I was ready to take my truck to Toyota to have the issue fixed and wanted to know if they would cover the cost. Instead, they asked me to give them one more chance. I came back the next day for my sixth visit, and after calling their technical support line, the technician finally discovered the real problem--they had installed the wrong TPMS sensors. Because they were too busy to fix it that day, I had to return yet again. On my seventh visit, after waiting over an hour before my truck was even taken into the shop, the correct sensors were finally installed and everything worked as it should have from the beginning. When I got home, I realized one of my hubcaps was missing. Fortunately, they had it, but that meant an eighth trip back to the store. The biggest disappointment wasn't that mistakes were made--mistakes happen. It was that no one in management took ownership of the problem. By the third visit, the store manager should have stepped in to ensure the issue was resolved instead of having me make repeated trips. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager referring to me as "the guy who keeps complaining about his tire sensors." After eight trips to correct problems that began during their installation, I don't think my frustration was unreasonable. The one employee who deserves recognition is Rene. He took the time to investigate the issue instead of making another guess, and he ultimately discovered that the wrong sensors had been installed. Thank you, Rene, for doing what should have been done much earlier. Unfortunately, this experience erased the confidence I had from my previous visit. I can no longer recommend the Concord store and will be taking my business elsewhere. I am giving 2 stars because of Rene without his help this was a zero start experience.
