This food truck wood-fired pizza is delicious! I've had it twice now and both times were equally enjoyable! They offer great lunch deals and the customer service is fantastic. (1 marketing suggestion to the owner- maybe put your business name somewhere on each pizza box- it could be as easy as a sticker- as the first time I wanted to recommend your pizza to a co-worker, but your food truck had already left, so I didn't know the name.)

Fire burning oven fir their pizzas!!

Really enjoyed their pizza! I tried the supreme, spicy, and pepperoni. I love that it is thin crust, they put a lot of delicious cheese on it, and the gomitas e sauce is yummy! My only complaint is that the veggies don't cook for enough time so I won't get that one again. The spicy one is amazing and so was the pepperoni. Definitely order ahead to make it easy and quick for yourself!

Cheesy garlic bread - Garlic butter, mozzarella, parmesan, rosemary, black pepper

I ordered a suprema pizza and cheesy garlic bread using their website and chose a pickup time in about 90 minutes. I got there right at the pickup time and the order was ready but I think it might have been sitting for a bit because it wasn't as hot as I expected. It wasn't cold but it hadn't just come out of the oven either. Pizza looked great and the outer edge was spectacular... at least, for me! I know people have differing opinions about crust, including my nephew who years ago called them "handles" and wouldn't dream of eating them. The edge was thick, chewy, and had tons of bubbles (my Achilles heel!). The center of the pizza was a whole other story. It was so thin that I couldn't pick a slice up easily and the toppings would fall off from the center. Taste was good, especially the crust edge, but it was messier to eat then most pizzas. The bread was disappointing. I honestly couldn't taste any garlic and the cheese was very minimal.

I stalked this pizza truck for a while until I could finally find a night where they would be and I would be close enough to them to order a pizza! Well, they didn't disappoint! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We had the Margherita pizza and their cheesy garlic bread. On their website www.prestipizzanc.com they have a calendar page so you can see where they will be and stop by and pick up a pie. I just walked up to the truck and ordered, it was ready in 15 mins, and credit cards accepted. All and all a good experience.

Warehouse BBQ - Smoked Brisket

I found this place on Yelp and had to give it a try. Tiny place with almost no seating to eat in…read morebut we took it to go. The staff are all amazing... super helpful explaining the menu and favorite options highlighted. The food was amazing. I highly recommend everything we had. It was my first experience having collard greens so I have nothing to compare them to but WOW they were delicious. The corn bread was over the top yummy too. We had sausage and rib tips too. We will definitely be back. Yummy and again the staff/owner were delightful.

Once again, I am always willing to give restaurants a chance to prove me wrong... and once again,…read morethey have failed. My motto is simple: if you can't see the smoker and smell the smoke, the BBQ is going to be bad. This place is no different. My family ordered the pork belly burnt ends, pork ribs, chicken Philly, and smoked mac and cheese. Let's start easy--the mac and cheese. My grandparents used more salt and pepper in their mac and cheese than this place did. The only ingredients seemed to be noodles and cheese. What happened to flavor? Spices? Maybe some paprika, cayenne pepper... jeez, something. However, as a bit of a warning sign, the mac and cheese had more wood smoke flavor than anything else they served. Next, the ribs. Some people believe in the 3-2-1 method--I'm not a fan, but it can work. These people must believe in the 1-2-3 method: 1 hour smoked on a Traeger, 2 hours wrapped, and 3 hours cooked on high heat in the oven uncovered. That's the only way I can figure out how you end up with jerky-dry ribs. Not only were they dry, they didn't have any flavor. The chicken Philly was dry--my wife hated it. The pork belly burnt ends actually looked great--nice cube size, good presentation--but biting into them was a different story. Chewy, bland, and dry. I honestly don't know how you manage to do that with pork belly. Really disappointing experience overall.
