They were also quick to help people place orders at the register when the kiosk got a little backed up. However, I do recommend using the kiosk because they have a "secret menu" that isn't written on the normal menu. Plus you get to see pictures of every single item which helps if you don't know what you want. While ordering I couldn't help but think the tacos were overpriced (at least $6 for a single taco), but when the tacos came out it validated the price a little. Each taco was piled up with filling and they are a little larger than typical street tacos. Both of the tacos I had were delicious. The meat tasted very well seasoned and the toppings were pretty fresh.

Gonza is located next to Village Deli in the front of the Factory area in Wake Forest. We were seated right away and Annabel was our amazing server. We started with the special drink of the night, peach margaritas, the complimentary chips and the best salsa I think I've ever had. We then ordered guacamole. The drinks were good and the guacamole was ok. For our entrees, my daughter had the Chicken Quesadilla, with a side of plantains. Both good. I had the Barbacoa Quesadilla and a side of half cilantro rice and refried beans. The short rib was tender, but didn't have a lot of taste. The rice and beans were good. The servings were enough to have leftovers. The service was great and the food was good, I would go back.

The menu is small but the flavors are mighty. As someone who used to love big expansive menus with endless amounts of choices, I've come to learn that it's the restaurants that specialize in certain dishes with smaller menus are the places that don't disappoint. I ordered two chorizo tacos and a ground meat taco. The food was made rather quickly (they said 10 minutes but it was less than that). It came with delicious spicy verde sauce and a lime. Oh my gosh!!! This food truck is a new favorite!! Growing up is SoCal, I've missed the Mexican food there. This is it, guys! You want the real deal? Go to Mami Nano's! Many mexican restaurants like to include their homemade nachos to get you started and it can leave an impression IMO. To be fair, both the cook and the waitress were new for our visit. That seems unfortunate but no harm and no foul other than 1 partially wrong order. I rate this 3 stars especially given the number of Mexican options in the area.
