To speak generally, I am a BIG pressed juice fan. As far as juices go, these ones are fairly affordable and taste great. Their cleanses are also super doable - I've done them a few times now and I always feel full and energized! On this specific location, I am a HUGE fan of the staff. They are always super kind, genuine, and not judgmental at all (which I often think are difficult traits to find for people working at juice places... ‍). I was in dire need of something healthy after trying Pilates for the first time and was hardcore dying. I did not want to waste my workout by eating something unhealthy so ended up picking up 3 juices (#2 green juice, strawberry almond, and vanilla almond). I first got introduced to Pressed Juicery after my sister and her best friend decided to do a 3-day juice cleanse, being the curious monkey that I am I decided to hop on the band wagon and try to detox myself from all the "good stuff" I've been eating lately. The juicery shares a very cool space with other awesome businesses, the gal behind the counter is really cool and gave me suggestions on which blends really taste great and people love, after all is packed and paid for, I went out the door and muttered "there's no turning back" lol... ...I decided to just go for it with both feet doing a 3-day cleanse which I have to say is not that bad at all, mind you, this is a carnivore talking, totally carving off my delicious medium-rare steak and the juicy grilled chicken or the beef kabob from our local Mediterranean place...during the whole time I was doing the cleanse - I didn't crave meat at all. ( Okay..maybe some good and spicy Kung Pao Chicken *grin) The 3-day cleanse consist of several juices which you will drink every couple hours, a delicious low calories concoction of vegetables, fruits & nuts, I love everything with the Kale, Pineapple & mint but I also LOVE the "dinner drink" which is a naturally sweet filling blend of Vanilla Almond. The aloe drink before bed had a weird taste of "dry - slick water"...it's kinda weird but I have to say, sure helped me sleep like a log. Last April, I decided to go on a juice cleanse and swung by Pressed Juicery, which was recommended to me by Jen H. On a Tuesday evening, there was a line. Granted, at that time, there were only three people ahead of me but there were only two staff members working and each customer spent some time at the counter figuring out which juices they wanted. After browsing their selections, I got the 3-Day Cleanse 2, which included a total of 24 juices (8 per day). The total cost was $146 including tax, which was discounted from their online price of $199 before tax. With my purchase, I also received a free 3-day trial at Equinox (fancy!). I don't remember which juices I selected, but you can go with the set menu or switch out whichever juices you'd like from their vast menu. Some are sweet and quite tasty (citrus and fruit juices), others not so much (root juices). The three days went by quickly and I didn't feel hungry or get any cravings. By the fourth day, I had no desire to go back to solid foods, but did anyway, starting with lunch at Tender Greens. After my cleanse, I felt rejuvenated, clean, and the amount of food I was able to eat became significantly smaller -- which was a good thing, in my opinion. I haven't done a juice cleanse since then, mostly because it's pricey. But I'd love to go on another when I have the means to do so. Juice cleansing has a lot of bad rep (mostly because your body doesn't absorb any vital nutrients from the juices) and I understand it's not for everyone, but I personally think it's fine to do it every once in awhile to curb your appetite, or to add on the juices to your meals. Although it was a small location, size doesn't matter because they have so much variety that you cannot end up buying just one bottle. The manager here is very nice and lets you sample most flavors so you can decide for yourself which one to pick. Also, they offer the cleansing diet plans depending on how many days you plan to cleanse your body. I honestly don't believe in cleansing, but I'm glad I have that option if I decide on it in the future. GO for the FRUIT drinks. They are absolutely AMAZING if you love fruits. This review is mainly for their 1 day cleanse. I decided to do the cleanse after feeling like my body needed some purification. I'd read a bunch about cleanses and how you have to prepare your body to be on this liquid diet, and I half-assed preparing my body for the cleanse. I just wanted to drink the juices and feel "clean". The staff at Pressed are knowledgeable and friendly. They don't come off as intimidating or high and mighty in any way. I picked out my juices for the cleanse, they were packed up into the cooler that I bought and I was on my merry way. Day 1: Woke up totally gung-ho to start the cleanse. First juice = oooh wow. Nice! Second juice = This really isn't bad at all. Third juice = Crap. I am super hungry. Fourth juice = I have a headache and I am starting to wonder why I am doing this. In between these juices, I was drinking this chlorophyll aloe vera water which was actually pretty awful, but I had to! By the Fifth juice, I realized that I could put my hunger aside and I was going to do it without passing out. Did I feel different after this cleanse? Honestly, I didn't feel physically different. I lost about 4.5 lbs, which is a lot for me and my size. My husband lost 9 lbs. it's definitely water weight but you can feel such a big difference in not feeling so bloated! I had no idea that all my life, I was carrying all this water bloating ness! Feels amazing to shed a few :) 6. Overall, it made put things into perspective and helped me realize that I can survive on healthy choices and smaller proportions. I eat way too much for sometimes no reason and I feel like these 3 days help me see that I don't need to do that. That I feel even better when I don't stuff my face with unhealthy crap. I still plan on eating my cheeseburgers and fries every now and then, but I know I don't have to indulge in such large proportions to feel happy and satisfied. So yes, I'm very please with the 3 day cleanse. It is a little expensive but you can't put a price tag on health and happiness. I do plan on making this a regular , maybe every 3 to 4 month routine!! I also love that their juice is actually affordable at about $6.50 each. It's beyond ridiculous that various other juice shops in Old Town are charging upwards of $9 for fresh pressed juice. It's a bit of a production to have to find parking/park in the schoolhouse structure to pick up some juice. Been wanting to try their much-hyped juice for a while. Was excited when I found out they were opening in Old Town. I received a flyer announcing their grand opening, which mentioned "free $25 gift cards to the first 50 people." Since the store opens at 8am and I didn't want to miss out on an opportunity to earn $25, I arrived in front of the store 45 mins before they opened. Later on, when one of the workers finally started getting ready for opening, I approached him and asked about the gift cards. According to him- none of the workers had received any instructions on giving away the gift cards--they know of it but the manager hasn't given them any instructions on how to do the transaction. He said that the manager won't even be showing up till later and more importantly, he didn't think they were going to give out the gift cards till 11am which is when the official grand open starts. When I showed him the flyer states that the gift cards are for the first 50 people, he himself thought that the flyer is a bit misleading to say the least. For those of you who received the flyers would know but it's misleading in the sense that they advertise "Free Juice" in big bold letters and state the date and time of the grand open right beneath it. Then it lists three other free promotions--"Free $25 Gift Cards to the first 50 people", "Free Yoga" and "Other Free Giveaways"--separated by a line. At a glance it's likely to be read that the free juice event starts at 11am and everything else is a first come first served basis from the time of their opening at 8am. If they want to be sticklers about this, then I'm sure they can argue about how I should have interpreted the flyer. However, this isn't some complicated legal document- this is meant to be a simple flyer with a simple message. If they have to describe four categories of promotions you would think they can all be under the heading of "Grand Opening" or the worker who felt sympathetic to the confusion would have had the discernment to honor the customer and provide the service to make it right. Pressed Juicery has over a dozen locations and have done this before. For such a company as this, the execution of marketing presentation to worker training is sorely lacking. read more

We originally went to the Larchmont LA location in the morning to buy some juices(they have a special $30 for 5 bottles), came home and noticed theres a slight different color on the juices that looks almost like its getting old. So we came to this location because it closer to us. The people were very nice and was able to exchange new ones for us. They told us that every store gets different shipment and some may contain more of one fruit than the other making it look different. But to make us feel better he was willing to exchange it for us. My favorite is the Citrus 2 and Vanilla Almond. We also order the Brazil Nut, very creamy and nutty. Great meal replacement because it can get you full from the whole bottle. I also like their seasonal summer watermelon juice. has lemon and mint. So refreshing with a taste of mint. Very good. Going to continue to get this one. read more

I was super thirsty by the time my friend took me to get ice cream next door so I figured I'd pick up a pressed juice along the way. It's hard to explain $6.50 for a bottle of juice so ultimately I could not give it a 5. That being said, I tried the green 3 which was just so pure and so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking it. It's easy to see why green 3 is a customer favorite. It's also a great way to get your vegetables in if need be. Every single one of their drinks look amazing and despite the price, I can see myself stopping by a Pressed Juicery if I walked by it again at some point. *Edit - indeed I soon found other locations and bought more. I came across this place while looking for ice cream, and they had a huge variety of juices. Their menu listed all the different kinds of drinks according to each individiauls preference, and personally I love the greens. We were allowed the sample all of them before buying the bottle. Some of their juices have a taste that certain people will enjoy, but for the most part the juices tasted very nutrious and healthy. My stomach felt happy after having eatten greasy and oily stuff the night before. Prices at the same for each bottle ($6.50), so it's not that bad. We ended up getting the Greens 2 which was a top seller and it tasted pretty good. It had a mixture of kale, spinach, roamine, parsely, cucumber, celeruy, apple, and lemon. You can definitely taste all these flavors within the bottle and it was very refreshing. I'll probably come back in the future I'm in the area for some nice juices!! You'll have to find parking in the structures or street parkng. Old town can get pretty busy throughout the week, so it might be a struggle to find parking, but always check the structures because the first 90 minutes are free!! read more

Loved it! The menu is simple and posted on chalkboards. The juice is fresh and made right in front of you without any of the yogurt sherbet or ice. Very friendly staff and very healthy smoothies, shots and juice options. Great service, simple menu selections and good vibe. I had tried a 1 day cleanse before using Nektar, but I decided to try a 5 day cleanse using Pressed Juicery. First, they deliver the juices fresh daily at your door at the crack of dawn. Awesome. Next, you start and end your day with the Vanilla Almond or Chocolate Almond. Fantastic. Finally, I enjoyed all the juices throughout the day: Roots, Greens, & Citrus. The juices were so good, that the cleanse was easy. Plus, I think their juices are much better than Nektar. I did this cleanse months ago and still crave the Vanilla Almond. read more

Really Bad service I ordered on Door dash they (Pressed Juicery) accepted the order the dasher got there they told him they were closed and did not bother making order! I ordered 30 minutes before they closed! so they need to state no orders after a certain time not just take money and inform no one! good news is I just went and bought a quality cold Juice presser!
