Ordered a 5 day juice set so I can improve my foodie health gut. I'm a vip member so I got a free cooler tote bag with the current promo. Schedule a hassle free morning pick up and pulled up to side walk parking. It's in a little quiet food hall since most nearby businesses closed their food stall. My biggest concern is parking, quickness and safety... which all checks out. Their juice is super yummy (and taste better than most) super affordable with vip promo and I even got a free juice with my points. VIP: I get charged about $10/month and this credit can be used for purchases so I buy a set every 6month to spend the $60 and some additional for a weeks worths of juices. The service at this location is very inconsistent. However, I don't get that sticker shock feeling when I am here. For juice, the prices are fairly reasonable. This particular location is in a shared space - which actually makes sense. Depending on who at time of day you get here, parking can be a challenge (if you're wanting to park up close and personal). There is no excuse for a legitimate franchise to not open as scheduled or not have my order ready as promised and confirmed. This will be my first and last order from Pressed Juicery. Their latest one is $40 for 8 juices which is great. Their smoothie is the best although they have the most calories, so you need to mix and match with Greens, Citrus, and Roots for the day. I went to this store a couple of weeks ago and had fantastic service. I really left with a smile on my face. The juice is some of the better tasting that I have ever had, especially the green juice. It's also affordable and I was thrilled to join the VIP program. So then I placed my second order. They offer free shipping with a $50 order. I placed a $50 order and selected two day shipping with FedEx. The two day shipping took five days which made me have to come into the office to pick up the delivery on a day I was not scheduled to come in. I got notification that the delivery was made at 9:45 AM. However I spent most of the day trying to locate the shipment. FedEx took it to the wrong building and delivered it to a stranger who is not employed by my company. Since the products are perishable I assumed I would get a re-delivery. The customer service (by Alexia)immediately told me they would not refund me or redeliver and pretty much made it my problem. They didn't even offer to open a case with FedEx, assuming the delivery was insured. Thankfully I called FedEx and they tried to help me although the issue is not yet resolved. I am out $50 and do not have the juice that I was trying to get during a cold that I had all week. And did I mention I am supposed to be in the VIP program? The customer service is lazy and selfish and as much as I loved the juice, I cannot patronize this type of business. They need to treat their customers better. read more

I despise picking up my orders from this location. Let me tell you that it isn't just a quick run in and pick up kind of location. If you are lucky you might get street parking. Your other option is parking in the parking One Colorado structure then walking over there. You might be lucky and find a parking spot that isn't above the 3rd floor but you'll pay at least $1.00 to park, and that's if you walk fast, your order is prepaid and there's no one in line ahead of you - 8-10 mins round trip tops! You can try to park illegally in the alley and take the back door in IF there's room to park and not block traffic and risk a ticket. Also, if you ordered a cleanse, don't have other bags to carry because carrying the 5lbs of glass bottle back to your car won't be easy. I ended up getting the different blends, and repeated the chocolate almond blend for my 6th choice. Heavier drinks, good as a post work out smoothie or boost and not meant to accompany meals. I've seen many pictures of girls holding a picture of their Pressed Juicery bottles on Tumblr (kinda like the picture that I posted) and for some reason I thought it was in New York. However, I decided to Yelp it one day and I was happy to find out that it was around the LA area. I was grabbing lunch with my friend around the Pasadena area and since I'm barely around the area I figured that I might as well try it. THE DETAILS: If you don't notice the sign while walking around Old Town you might easily miss it. It's located inside of a cute little place with other stands like the Pie Hole and Coolhaus. It's cute inside and it was plenty of seating, very hip and trendy. It's kinda hard and overwhelming to choose which juice to get because there is just so many but the workers are very friendly and patient and will let you sample anything you want. There are many different flavors to choose from whether you want a vegetable based or fruit based juice. Juice is typical $6.50 and their signature blends are $8. It's pricey but you pay for what you get and it's pressed so the process is what's expensive. I've had pressed juices for $10 and up so $6.50 is not too bad. THE DRINK: Since I can make my own green juice at home I decided to get something that was green but a little bit different and spicy I guess. I ordered the "kale, romaine, spinach, yuzu, pink lady apple, cucumber, and jalapeño" juice and this was a new one. I only got it because of the jalapeño and how weird it sounded to be in a juice, but to my surprise it was so delicious! The sweetness of the apple complimented the spiciness of the jalapeño so well, I was shocked! It's weird because when you first drink it, you can taste the sweetness of the apple and then you end with a kick from the jalapeño. Sounds weird but it was so yummy and refreshing.
