Juice, top completely filled with foam.

I ordered their fresh green juice and insisted on making it fresh. First, they gave me cold juice, and then when I asked them to make it fresh, they gave me half a bottle's worth of juice and filled the rest of the glass jar with foam. It looks like they threw the cold juice in the blender and gave it back. After I threw away the top foam, there was less than half a jar of juice left. Not worth $10 for this. We have a juicer at home, and it doesn't foam as much. Only the blender does :((. I'm never buying their fresh juice(which isn't fresh) again.

Hot Halva Latte and Peach and Cream Matcha Latte

Another great Pressed Cafe experience a couple of weeks ago: Halva latte, peach and cream matcha latte, Jaffa salad and banh mi salad. The Lawrence restaurant is a bit smaller than some, but bigger on the inside than ai expected. This time the peach and cream matcha latte and Jaffa salad were the highlight. The peach and cream matcha was fresh and flavorful and the Jaffa salad tasty and generous enough for leftovers. The banh mi salad was a little too vinegary to really be like a banh mi flavor, I enjoyed the halva latte, but I guess having had the trendy tahini latte I was expecting something more nuanced with more flavors. My favorite Pressed dish remains the Jerusalem Mezze Plate though. So good. This was our first time eating in at this pressed. It was counter service where you get a number and they bring stuff to your table. They did check on us which was nice. I've found drive through service there a little confusing but definitely functional. I would do either again, but eating in was a nice change.

Typically when I order a veggie sub, they know exactly what I'm talking about. This time, while the worker was very pleasant, he didn't ask the right questions. No big deal. I also ordered a seafood dinner as well for my son. The delivery service was timely and the delivery driver was very pleasant. While the seafood dinner was very good, I can't say the same for the two veggie subs my husband and I ordered. In years past they were stuffed with veggies and the bread was soft and fresh. This time, they were sparsely filled and the Syrian bread was on the stale side with lots of firmness. Not sure if I'll go back or not but I hope they listen to their reviews and make the necessary changes so they will be successful.

Online ordering was simple - we wanted the Main Street Special but then ended up making a bunch of customizations because it was such an easy click to do so. We got ours well done, changed the sauce option, added ricotta, changed up the veg. Pick-up was straight forward - helpful front desk in what is mostly a counter service shop front with a few clean and comfortable looking tables. We took ours to go, but then only made it a short distance before we had to sit down and share a slice. So good! The crust was amazing, as was everything, especially the ricotta, pepperoni and garlic. Will absolutely be back.

But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

There are many places in the area that have a better bagel and that is the base of anything that I would order from here. Whether it was a chicken salad sandwich (All white meat, celery, carrots, sesame seeds, mayo with and sweet onion dressing) which I find to be "watery" or the Tuna Salad (All white tuna with celery, sweet relish, mayo and a touch of dill) which I don't like because I don't like dill. That is not their fault. But the tuna is very strong to my taste buds. The Freezato which is their version of a Frappachino is decent although you don't have a ton of swirl flavors to choose from. I wish they had more.

Both were perfect for a hot day. We also had the farmer's special which is egg, bacon, sausage and cheese on a french toast bagel with a side of syrup. Brilliant idea and perfect execution. The chicken pesto sandwich was every bit as good. We added bacon and tomato. On out second trip we repeated the chicken pesto sandwich, because it was that good. This time we also tried the blueberry cheesecake muffin. Oh. My. God. Best muffin ever. Also new for us here was the Cubano - another excellent sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful, if a tad confusing when ordering in person. You order the food first at the far end of the counter then order your coffee at the cash register and tell them what food you ordered. Ordering only was very straight forward. Inside was nicely air conditioned and provided a great spot to view all the tummy looking pastries. I very nearly went for the blueberry cheesecake muffin. There are also a good number of popular outdoor tables.
