This is a fun waffle place inside Legacy Hall at The Shops of Legacy. They offered a variety of fun waffle concoction and you can built your own with a variety of sauces and toppings. We ordered the Happy Camper which is a s'mores waffle! They added the marshmallow, Nutella, chocolate syrup and burned the marshmallow for the esthetics. It was delicious! The presentation was nice when you order it for dine in. I recommend coming for your sweet tooth craving.
Expensive? Yes! Damn good? Yes! Bunch of teenagers working so they may skip out on adding a topping or 2? Yes! I'm not going to take away a star for that because I can double check my order before taking it back to my seat and "make light work" of it; it's prepared right in front of you! I think any concoction you make here will taste like heaven but watch your coins! It's easy to become $20 broker on ONE waffle . Yikes! If you check in on Yelp, that's a free topping for you! Indulge! You deserve it! Don't forget the ice cream! ;-)

We tried one sweet (The House) and one savory (The Monte Cristo) and they were both incredible!! I really recommend this place to anyone!
FAIR WARNING: I'm not the biggest waffle fan and I got a basic waffle. So I don't think I'm the best person to write a review but I will anyways I got a "build your own" with Nutella, whipped cream, powdered sugar and bananas. The waffle was crunchy on the outside and soft, dense, and thick on the inside. Def not a cheap waffle. The Nutella of course was delicious but maybe too thickly smeared on my waffle? They had drizzled Nutella over the whipped cream and had put some on the waffle right below my whipped cream. After writing this I realize I'm just not a waffle person haha. Go and try it!
The five star is for the house waffle only. The house waffle has the perfect combination. Let me explain. 1. Nutella syrups is by no means sweet. They are definitely diluted, which is smart. Most of time, Nutella could come off very overpowering. 2. The strawberries are sweet and sour, which balances out the chocolate syrup and Nutella syrup. 3. The vanilla ice cream also not overly sweet, and even have a little bit sourness in it. The combination of the 3 and a warm waffle is extremely beautiful. You definitely ate a lot of calories but it didn't feel like it. This is a very dangerous feeling. Thank god I don't live near this place.
This place is awesome!! I built my own waffle and the workers made it to perfection! I customized a waffle with cookie butter, caramel, bananas, whipped cream, and ice cream. The sweetness was absolutely perfect! If you're not looking to customize your own, their menu has a large variety of different waffles as well--including seasonal flavors! The only thing is that the wait is quite long, but Legacy Hall is generally a busy place during the evenings so it made sense to me.

I tried this place after I happened to see an episode of Shark Tank. This location is in a food hall, and they had just opened and there was a small line already forming. I decided to try "The House" because that's their signature waffle and what the owners served the Sharks, so it must be their best. I was not disappointed, the waffle itself was thick, buttery and delicious. However, for myself, I found "The House" full of sugar - it is definitely an indulgent treat. The Nutella and cookie butter made it feel like more of a dessert than a breakfast. However, I will definitely try this again, perhaps build your own, or a more savory waffle.
The waffles are soft but the sides have a nice crunch. The waffle is a little dense. It would have been nice if they were slightly warmer. The House - a generous amount of strawberries. The cookie butter surprisingly complements everything well because I thought it would compete with the flavor of the Nutella. Southern Belle - like the lemon curd but the blueberries were not that fresh.

This place has one of my biggest addictions: The House ~ it's one of their most popular items and it comes with freshly cut strawberries, cookie butter, Nutella and their house made whipped cream on top of a golden Liége waffle. I always get the same thing when I go and each time, it tastes just as amazing. Haven't had it in me to try something else yet lol but everything looks delicious. Definitely recommend checking out this place and especially trying The House - you WON'T regret it! read more
Located in the Legacy Hall food court, this place is no joke for all kinds of waffles. I was looking for a quick, informal dinner and found it here. Spicy chicken & waffles were amazing. Chicken was freshly deep fried; super crispy and spicy . Absolutely delicious with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and crispy thick bacon bits. Wow, yum! Dinner and dessert in one meal. Satisfied and happy. Preparation was fast and efficient, order taker / preparer was friendly. Give this place a try!!! read more

Whoa mama is all I can say. This house Waffle is where it's at. That Nutella drizzled all over this ice cream, strawberries and that warm crispy waffle will blow your tastebuds away. Aye it looks big, but you'll be so happy you didn't share it. I want, no I need another one. read more

Over the past couple years we've tried savory and sweet waffles. They are top-notch with solid combinations and options. Personally the sweet waffles are to sweet but that's what you're going for. Kids tried the Nutella option and devoured it pretty quickly. read more

Sometimes this place has bogo coupons on fb so I got to go to try it out on a discount. Really liked the house and they let you customize it so if you dont like whipped cream get toasted marshmallows Haha Strawberries were super fresh and the nutella and cookie butter is sweet but definitely perfect! It's a great dessert if you want to share or finish on your own. The savory ones looked good too so I definitely want to go try that one day too. read more
Finally got a chance to visit Press Waffle and you guys did not disappoint. I missed he 10% yelp discount because I checked in after I paid. If you go remember to check in and receive your discount. Lots of deliciousness going on behind the counter. I ordered the "Soulman" and it touched my soul lolol. That little sweetness in the waffle with the texture was really nice, chicken was so tender and crispy, freshly fried, both complimented each other then they added bacon on top. Wow Heaven! Service was friendly and fast, line gets a little long, but they are fast. I will be back. read more

Our family is avid Shark Tank watchers and we love entrepreneurs! When there is something in our area that we see on that show that we can support, we are in! For a couple of years now, we have been wanting to try out Press Waffle Co. You can imagine our expectations were pretty high after waiting that long. When we got to Legacy Hall, we realized the hall as well as PWC didn't open until 10. That's ok! We were only a few minutes early and we were excited to wait. At 9:51, we went right to PWC with tastebuds SO ready for this experience. The young man preparing to open didn't acknowledge us at all. That's ok. We were looking over the menu deciding what we would order. At 10:02, the young man behind the counter looks up and says to us "I will not be ready to open until 10:30a." This may not have been such a disappointment if we weren't so excited but also a 3 hour drive home was waiting on us on the other side of this waffle. The other restaurants that were more lunch based were ready but PWC was not, even though Google, Yelp, etc says they open at 10. We decided we had waited for a couple of years what was another 30 minutes. We come back to stand at his window at 10:25 and noticed he had a few waffles made (not sure if that just happened or if they have been there for a bit.) At 10:31, he comes to the register. No apology for the wait just "What can I get for you?" Cool. We place our order and he uses the waffles that have been there. I'm thinking maybe they are still warm. Pay and go to sit down as a family to eat these waffles we have been so excited about. Disappointed May be an understatement. The waffles were hard and cold. We will not waste our time on Press Waffle Co again, but cheers to Whisk Coffee and Crepes! read more

Mmmm, yum. I got the House waffle and it was delicious! The waffle you can tell was very freshly made. It looked as good as it tasted as well. I could tell everyone was eyeing my waffle as I walked to my table. I got the house because it seemed like a great combination, but you are free to customize your waffle however you'd like which is amazing. The only downside for me would be the pricing/portion size. Although great, the waffle was probably not worth $8 in my opinion. Maybe the waffle size should have been slightly larger. I feel like I finished it very quickly. Listen. I'm not sure if it was because I was starving or what...but the Soulman was amazing! It's essentially chicken & waffles with a nothing better than bacon crumbles. I mean one of the best combinations! The chicken was seasoned, tender, not too salty, perfect coat of batter and I'm a bigger fan of chicken TENDERS rather than chicken on the bone, so I was sold off of that alone. Something that really made my tastebuds smile was the waffle though. The chicken was delicious, don't get my wrong, but it was something magical in that waffle batter. At first I thought it was the syrup. I thought it had like vanilla or rum in it, but that wasn't it. It WAS in fact the waffle. It had a sweet, strong, vanilla taste to it. I mean it took a hold of me and would NOT let me go. After looking at the website today, I surely was right. The base of the dough is butter, but that's not it, there are pearls of Belgian sugar in the batter as well that melt into the waffle iron and create this sugary crust and...oh my GAAAAAH! I could've eaten three or four more. So serious lol Call me crazy, but it might have been the best chicken and waffle I've ever had. Don't shoot me! I had a craving for something sweet. I recalled this place was featured on Shark Tank and I've always wanted to try it. It's located in Legacy Food Hall in Plano located near one of the entrances. The service was fast and they were nice even thought it was busy. I create my own waffle and it was so delicious, it really hit the spot and satisfied my sweet tooth. It was my first time eating at Press Waffle Co. We ordered The House Waffle. Honestly it has all the flavors you want to satisfy your sweet tooth. A mix of cookie butter and Nutella - I mean C'mon! One cannot go wrong with that combo and then strawberry to balance all the sweet flavors out with a little added tang. It's a perfect blend! To top it all off, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and that's literally the cherry on top!
