We LOVED this place! What a great place where kids can enjoy AND adults! I love how they have a separate 21 + area but it's so accessible to the game area! We all had so much fun playing games and having some drinks! The games are also reasonably prices so it's not a total rip off like a lot of other places! I appreciated the seating areas as well inside. I only wish it was larger!!!! This place could easier be 4x the size and people would come! It's so nice to have a place where adults can enjoy time with the kids!

cool spot. many machines and retro games to check out and try. it was very quiet when i went, which is not a bad thing, it feels pretty cool to have the place all to yourself. i did go at opening in the morning or early afternoon haha. i really like that there's a side room where the bar is with VERY awesome low tables that's game themed. how creative! easy street parking

Wow! What a blast! This place has it all. From pinball games to pool, basketball air hockey Pac-Man you name it they got it. Love this place love to eat that they're so welcoming! FULL bar everyone! Bartender was awesome. Made one of the best martinis I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back with a group of friends and just have fun. Lots of places, sit down and relax and chat with your friends, or if you just wanna go hang out by yourself it's definitely a place to go. Grab your family, but make sure they're not minors!

Press Start is easily the best pinball arcade in Reno. If you love pinball, this arcade has the best maintained and biggest unique collection of machines that get changed out regularly and always work great. There is also a myriad of old classic arcade games, booths with free NES, Super Nintendo, and Genesis console games as well as your typical air hockey, rod hockey, and basketball shootout. They have an awesome bar with beer happy hours and video games inspired cocktails and are also neighbored with Cluckers with a takeout window built in the entrance if you're hungry. Overall it is a small good old fashioned arcade without ticket games or prizes and great vibes. Only thing I wish is that they were still quarter operated as they recently switched to tokens, but I understand the need for them in this day and age.

A great pinball set, awesome classic arcade games, and a dope Old School Wrestling bar menu!! Stop buy for a great time and not having to break the bank... excited about the new pizza spot next door

Cool hangout spot to have a good time at a relatively cheap price. There were a lot of game options, from pin ball to air hockey to Pac-Man. I like that there were a lot of options for 2-4 player games to get everyone involved! Can't comment on the staff because I don't think I interacted with or saw a single staff member the whole time we were there (to be fair, we didn't visit the bar room and stayed only in the arcade room). I don't have the traditional gamer perspective, but I think it would be cool if they had other games from child arcades. I'm thinking spider stomp, the jackpot light game, the jump rope game, etc. Those can bring out the little kid in you! Either way, it was a fun time!

First time here was great! Very straight forward, use quarters to play the game. $3 fee to use atm, but can always get change from the chicken place nearby. Great selection of new and retro games! Pinball was my favorite and the chicken place nearby was great/ affordable for the big portions, with a few tables located in the arcade and bar. Will go back!

There is no food available but you can order from nearby restaurants and bring your food into Press start, no problem. Cluckers is next door, actually adjacent to Press Start. The bar has specialty drinks available. See menu. The service is great. Felicia, at the bar is professional, proficient and personable. She make a mean drink. Wednesday is draft beer special price day, $5.00!! Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing is excellent! The ambiance is casual and fun full of lights from the pinball machines and colorful decor! John is the manager. He talked with us for a while. So friendly and nice, giving is so much info about the State pinball tournament coming up this weekend! This place is fun!!!!

What a fun experience! There are so many different arcade games, pinball machines, and more to satiate your inner child. My favorite game was the table ones containing classic games like Super Mario Kart. In the back, there's a bar where you can get some drinks to go well with some competitive nights

Here's why I'm excited to share this review- Press Start has an awesome NA selection of beers and even an NA canned cocktail- a G&T. That's very cool, Press Start Team! Thank you for the consideration and being on the cutting edge.

Updated ! After 10 years it is refreshing to be able to…read morestill make memories and enjoy this place. New owners have been able to keep the bartenders and the atmosphere is the same!! Wide variety of alcohol. Step out of your comfort zone and let them make a drink for you with your favorite spirit. The wall is full of selections from around the world. They do not have a beer selection. Have your valid ID ready no matter how "young" you are. Everyone is carded. Bouncers are there at night and will make sure you get to your car in the lot if needed.

We visited The Chapel Tavern in Midtown Reno and it was genuinely one of the best experiences ever…read more The bartender was fantastic and made the visit memorable by creating custom drinks based on our alcohol preferences which was such a fun and personal touch. We had two very different tastes (vodka and tequila) and she nailed both drinks perfectly. The bar felt clean, welcoming and comfortable even with its edgy vibe. I also loved the tarot cards they provide! I think they may have been intended as coasters (lol) but I kept mine as a souvenir and now use it as my bookmark. It's become one of my favorite little keepsakes. Location and parking: it's on a main strip right on the corner with a small parking lot but there's also accessible street parking in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it and will definitely return anytime I'm in Reno

Amazing food and great prices!…read more I have seen this place pop up on my Yelp account many times as I've been searching for places to try. I brought it up to my sister and she also said she had been wanting to go especially since she was told they have gluten free options so we decided to pop in for lunch. We went on a Sunday around 2:45 and it wasn't super busy so we were able to get a table right away. We were immediately brought water and menus. There was the regular menu, happy hour and brunch. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday until 3. We both tried the blackberry mule mocktail which was good but tasted quite heavy on the ginger beer. I couldn't decide between the breakfast pizza and poutine fries so I got both. The poutine fries were on the happy hour menu during that time. The breakfast pizza was quite large and fennels meant for at least two people but it was nice and hot and cheesy and I loved the addition of the egg but wish it came with more than one. It also needed a sauce of some kind, ranch or salsa or even hot honey. The poutine fries were delicious! I got it with mushroom gravy and haven't been able to stop thinking about them. I was unable to try the stuffed avocado and Baja bowl that my sisters ordered due to my avocado allergy but she really enjoyed it. The service was prompt and our waitress was really nice. The inside was so cute and you do have the option to sit outside. Can't wait to back and bring my husband, the menu has so much I want to try!

I made a to-go order. I ordered the Cubano with fries, the nachos, and the brownie…read more Cubano: 8/10 Fries: 9/10 Tortilla Chips: 4/10 Nachos: 6/10 Brownie: 7/10 The cubano was a bit too salty for my liking. It was due to the seasoning. However, it was packed with a variety of flavors. It wasn't dry and loose, which is what I have encountered at a few other places. All in all, there was so much in it that it was difficult to evaluate what I was eating, which is a good thing. It means I'll have it again :). It functioned as a whole rather than as separated ingredients to give a complex flavor profile, which I appreciated. The fries were seasoned beautifully. Very savory. I enjoyed them. Cooked wonderfully as well. The tortilla chips in the nachos.. I don't know if they were made there or not, but they gave the impression of being store-bought. The quality was not great. The nachos themselves... plenty of ingredients that you can mix together, but the ingredients weren't like a complete package. They were like a pile of separate things. I expect a well-balanced mixture of ingredients. The layer of queso was below while the avocado was clumped up at the top. The ingredients separately were quite bland. I wouldn't have this again. The brownie was better than a flourless chocolate torte and quite large. I enjoyed it, though I would say that it's not as good as a more standard brownie. I wouldn't have this again.
