Like most venues, there is no re-entry. Cargo does provide an outdoor smoking area. There is a separate room reserved for merch tables. Since it's crammed in a small room there are typically lines out the door. The venue itself is clean as are the restrooms. The bar is long and the bartenders are attentive and fast. You won't spend much time waiting for your drinks. Cargo has a good selection of beer/alcohol. They serve Tahoe Blue Vodka which has become popular in the area. I've noticed how attentive security is as well. Depending on the crowd, it's nice knowing they're aware of their surroundings and can react quickly.
