Walking in here, I was immediately surprised by how small and intimate this venue is. There are a few places to sit here, but it is mostly standing room only. No matter where you are, you are likely no more than 15 feet from the stage. Just a heads up -- there is a slight step when you enter into the venue, so step up and/or over it. I tripped on the slight angled step of the door and slightly stumbled into the venue. There are a lot of local acts that perform here -- many that I am not aware of, and so that may have been what kept me from coming here in the past. I happened to come here for a national act, Ondara, of whom I was actually surprised to see performing in such a small venue. I would definitely come back here again for the right performer/band. The acoustics are wonderful.

There is an upper balcony but if you're like me, you like being right in the thick of the action at the stage. The only problem is that it can be a hike from the city and not a fun drive after a late night of music and dancing. Definitely too far to drink. The food is pretty good too. We got a perfect table in the back corner that worked out perfectly for our group. We got to have dinner before the show and have everything cleaned up by the time the concert started. The staff is so professional that I feel it's made the performers that much more comfortable and confident to put on a great show! Plenty of parking in the back and it was super easy to get in out of the venue. Nice for a night out when the weather is cold.

The bride and groom got to ring the bell after the ceremony which is a cool thing. We actually couldn't hear it from the main area but it does seem cool. The bathrooms were also better for a small wedding as it was just one room or you could walk to the basement bathroom which had stalls separated with cloth.
