Went in on the weekend- asked if they could serve patrons in wheelchairs, and if not it would be ok as we still had a walker and the customer wasn't wheelchair bound. They indicated they could not do the wheelchair as neither wheelchair specialist on staff was working that Sunday. I said that's ok. Everyone came in and we asked if it would still be ok to get a regular pedicure. Was told yes with a 30-40 minute wait. That was fine, so we sat down and i went to get the walker while they waited. Upon returning, was told that they could no longer serve us as they could not serve those in wheelchairs today. I said we could do the regular one still, as i had already indicated, but they said "you don't know what it's like" and that it was for safety reasons. When asking why they gave us a time if they couldn't serve, they explained since the owner wasn't there it was harder to make decisions. I definitely understand the safety aspect certainly, or their liability concerns, but the frustration was 2 fold both from their inability to serve someone in a wheelchair, and further, the poor communication. I also would not want someone to be hurt, though I would not have put someone in jeopardy in that way either, but the situation as a whole was not handled well, and not a place that we will be going back to as we will look to find a place that can better accommodate. read more

So premium, nail & spa is my new go to spot and Brian is my guy. After about nine months of coming here, Brian has become familiar with my style and colors, he also knows the shape I like for my nails, so I sit down in his chair and he goes to work. It's pretty easy to get an appointment and they everyone speaks good English, which is a plus. A nice touch that they offer is complementary beverages for their customers. But don't forget to bring cash to tip your technician, because tips were only accepted in cash. read more

Absolute worst pedicure of my long life. 14 mins. That's it. I would call it a lazy job. First thing she did was take the metal cuticle tool and instead of actually using it, she tapped the end of each toe. I said "What was that, too fast". Shocked. Did not get better. The customer beside me was still getting her feet sanded and I was done. Done. 14 mins. Sign in the window looking for help should have been my first red flag. This was not the first time here. Most times things are OK. Today it was far from OK. Only cleaned under my big toes, only filed my big toes and it was 2 strokes each. Barely did anything. I paid for a delux pedi. and she didn't even let the hot was solidify before she removed it, still hot. They add charges for paying with a card, my daughters and I got pedicures and they didn't do anything to our cuticles and our water was burning hot to freezing cold. They don't tell u that gel polish IS NOT included and they charge $15 extra!!! I wanted a manicure and my hands were not soaked or anything!!!!! She just put polish on pretty much and didn't even ask me how I wanted them shaped and she cut them shorter than I asked! We got 3 pedis with gel, one manicure with gel, and one eyebrow waxing and my total was $208 OUTRAGEOUS AND HORRIBLE salon. When I went to pay she just took my card NEVER told me the total and my chip on my card wasn't working and she acted like I didn't have the money to pay!!! I was excited to have found a nice place and new to me. Both my friend and I only needed a basic pedicure. They sat us down and got wine which was nice. Asked what colored we wanted and we both said white. Easy enough we thought. The pedicure was simple which we excepted it anyways since we got basic pedis. The water wasn't hot enough and I even told him but he didn't understand I guess. Literally it was so gentle I didn't feel much at all with this Pedi. When he was coloring my toes he gets up and another lady finished my toes. No idea why but okay. At the end I hated the look on my toes. It looked like they caked the paint on and they leave you there. Didn't ask me if I liked it or anything at all!!!!! Horrible service and awful basic painting my left toe nail paint chipped off the next day and three days later my right toe did the same. :( Never coming back that's for sure. read more

My mom, my sister and I just visited this business, if you can even call it that. My mom asked for a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. The three women that "took care of us" were Kim, Lee, and Lena. I asked for a classic pedicure and she gave me a deluxe anyways. My sister as well. So not only were we charged more than what we asked for, they also charged $15 extra for gel polish. There's plenty of other places that charge WAY less for gel. The pedicure itself was not worthy of being called "deluxe". All that was done to all three of us was exfoliation, lotion, and painted toe nails. There was no cuticle work done and they barely clipped our toe nails. Lee was also very rude and rough with my feet. She was never gentle she picked up my foot and practically just dropped it on the foot rest. I have never had an experience this bad at a nail salon. Our total came up to $208!!!!!! for 3 pedicures and a manicure!!!!!! That is outrageous. We go together all the time and have NEVER paid that much for pedicures. The service was terrible, the pricing was terrible, and the vibe was very off. The employees we dealt with were rude and inconsiderate. If I could leave this place zero stars, I would. NEVER. coming back here again. read more

0/10. Came last night for a gel pedicure and polish change for my nails. In less than an hour, my middle finger nail polish came off. Stopped by today around 5:25 to get my ONE nail re-polished. The man told me there was a 30-minute wait which was RIDICULOUS but, I still decided to wait. I sat there for about 45 minutes waiting and still NOTHING. I had no choice but to walk out. On my way out they tried to stop me which was weird because I was there the whole time and NOTHING. They overbook and take walk-ins knowing they don't have enough people for the workload. read more

I got a gel manicure to hold me over until I could get uptown so that my nails wouldn't break off. I had to wait a while, which was fine. I didn't have an appointment. However, the girl working the front desk was rude when I asked what the estimated wait time would be. Then I got my nails done and asked for a design. When I realized she was having a hard time with the design, I told her not to worry about it because I'd rather have no design but she ensured me she could do it. Anyways I left not really caring for my nails but oh well, it was just to hold me over for two weeks. Here's what's annoying though. Two days later, multiple nails chipped and started peeling and it's not like I've even washed any dishes in the last two days or have been soaking my hands. I normally have a wonderful experience at this salon, but they were crowded today and my salon tech forgot I was sitting in the chair soaking my nails in a bowl of polish remover for over 50 minutes. She was pulled by the owner to work on other customers in the middle of my service. When I mentioned it to the owner, he was dismissive and said he couldn't see what was going on behind him. Even though I was sitting in the row behind him and he had glanced over at me twice while I was waiting. He had even yelled out at one point: "Where is everybody at?!!!?". I have been coming to this salon for quite a while so I was disappointed in his attitude and his rudeness. The salon technician however was very apologetic. The owner needs to be more appreciative of his customers and more supportive of his technicians when they are overwhelmed. read more

I have a big problem with the girl named OC, I have had a few services done by her now and she doesn't know what she is doing. She did my eyebrows and literally ripped my skin off my face I had sores on my face for weeks. Today I came to get a pedicure and I everything started off fine she cut me a few times and apologized no biggy but when we get to the polish I told her I wanted regular and she painted my toes no worries. EXCEPT one of my big toes had way to much polish on it and it was falling off my toe, so I ask her to redo it, she does and goes back with another client. Well the polish is still so thick and is literally falling off my toe. I'm not upset about this I just want it done right. So I ask her to redo it and she catches an attitude saying I should just do gel if I'm this un happy. So I tell her I'll do it myself if she's uninterested in helping me. So begrudgingly she paints my nail terribly again saying it's the polishes fault or the base coat but all my other toes look fine that's user error sweetie. All in all I decided I've been here too long waiting for her to finish one toe I'm going home. As I'm leaving she stops me and asks why and I tell her thank you and that it's fine without a top coat. She shrugs and rolls her eyes at me. I'm sorry but please don't be rude to me when you are the one who is creating the problem I was fine with leaving the salon, there is no need to be rude. I love this place jimmy is amazing and my wife had lily y'all are the best. So relaxing and the best pedicures I've hand hands down. Definitely felt as if they cared one thing though and I told my wife as well. The owner manager or whoever had the stripe shirt that I checked out with. I gave cash to my care taker a great tip at that and my wife gave cash as well also awesome. Let's get to the point I don't like how the owner or whoever he is checked us out saying no tip loud as Fu%k smh he really pressed it and made it like we didn't tip walking backwards. When in fact we took care of our person that did a phenomenal job. I didn't show my a8s bc I promised my wife to be a better me and I'm sticking to jt. My point is don't get so hype when you see zero as a tile ( that will possibly go to the business and not the employees ) without saying thank you for even giving your fuc^kin business a try.
