Avoid this place at all costs! You risk your items being damaged and they have zero accountability and will tell you that it is your fault. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years and the few times that they have damaged my clothes, it Hs always been my fault. Well today, enough was enough. They don't read care tags and don't fully refund for damage. I brought a Billy Reid polo here that clearly stated "no stain remover" on the care instructions. When I presented the receipt to the manager, she admitted to making the mistake but insisted that it was our fault for not informing them of the care requirements. I get it to some degree, but isn't this why we pay for "professional" cleaning? I use the cleansers about once a year for prom dresses and similar events. I go and pickup a kids suit they dry cleaned and they charge my card for the dry cleaning plus an alteration charge from a year ago. They charged it right away and then explained the charges. They should have at least talked to me first that there was a balance from a year ago. They said I picked up the altered pants but did not pay. I use the drive through. If I did not pay upon pickup, and they handed me the pants and I drove away then that is not my fault that I may have thought it was paid for already. Charging a year after the service is very unprofessional. I only use you once a year and now I will be sure never to use your services again. read more

Terrible experience at this cleaners! I left a pair of pants to be altered and hemmed. Somehow, the pants came back 1.5 inches shorter then the requested length. When I made a return trip to show the owner, Ms. Ngo, she spent nearly 10 minutes telling me why my wife should change the way she wears her pants rather than acknowledge that she made a mistake. I even had left a another pair of pants for her to match the the length. Only after I demanded a refund of $12 for the service fee, did she finally relent and refund it to me. My pants are ruined and I'm now trying to have the store compensate me for the brand-new pair of pants that they ruined by chopping the pant length too much. They are refusing to do anything to help with the new pants that are no longer wearable other than cut them again.... sighhh When I asked her to return my shirts that I had also left with the cleaners, she said no! Instead, she invited me behind the desk to claim my shirts. Very odd behavior by the owner. The owner is very aggressive and not at all interested in correcting her mistakes for her customers. This was my first visit to this cleaners. Staff is very friendly. Did a good job on a pair of dress pants I needed hemmed.

I dropped off several items to be cleaned and repaired. One of which had a stain that I requested to be removed. I was told the stain would be removed. When I return to pick up my items the stain had not been removed. The items that were repaired were less than marginable and unwearable. The customer service was terrible. When I questioned the stain and the repair work, the manager confronted me screaming. I was required to pay for my items before the work was done($47). The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I was overcharged, and will never return. read more
