Their website states "if it needs cleaning, bring it in." Based off of that advertisement (and a review) I assumed they could clean shoes. The leather shoes I brought in retailed for $200 each. The lady that checked in my services was not too friendly and there was no greeting or welcome. I handed her my products and she said "I can't give you a price for the cleaning of the shoes." I said that's fine, let us know when they're ready. A week later I picked up my items, there was an older man behind the counter who I advised I was picking up my shirts and shoes. He said something to the other person in the store, another gentlemen, and they sounded like there was some confusion. The older gentleman than grabs my dry cleaned shirts, and then goes to the other side of the store and brings me my shoes. When he brought me my shoes they were filthy, the laces somehow were even stained with something, they had some type of residue on the top that I couldn't make out, some sort of stain. He said "hold on, we do again." I told him, NO way, as I was not going to let him touch my shoes and possibly ruin them even more. I requested my money back for the shoe cleaning, which he did reimburse me. The shirts were dry cleaned well and were clean, no complaints. However, if they are going to advertise that they clean everything and actually take shoes as part of their service, I would assume they would know what they were doing OR tell the customer that they do not clean or service shoes, but clearly they did not. The location is convenient enough for me to drive myself and spend about an hour here doing some chores. Parking is abundant and I never had to wait for a machine as there are plenty. One large suggestion I can make is to have plenty of quarters with you (go to a bank and get a roll of quarters if you have to). There are some reviews mentioning bills and/or quarters being eaten up in the change machines. One of the dryers ate a quarter of mine and I promptly moved to a working one. Drop the quarters in slowly and one at a time to avoid losing $. Aside from that, my clothes were returned in a very clean and dry state. They have boxed detergent and dryer sheets in the vending machine. Costs for the smallest two load machine is $4.50 and dryers are $1.50 for 30 mins of drying time. They also do wash and fold but it requires scheduling in advanced. They have a restroom here as well.

When I dropped off my clothes they told me they could not clean a faux fur item that said dry clean only. When I picked up, I had two items that were damaged. I brought them back to discuss the concern and pick up other clothes. I was told "the dog ate my clothes", they were completely unwilling to discuss the problem and gave me several unreasonable explanations. While I was there another customer, unrelated to me or the problem, was so rude and argued with me about my concern. I was shocked that someone would involve themselves in the conversation while the owner stood there. I asked that they consider my concerns and call me later, they said no.

Updated Review** - The hours everywhere says "open at 7am" but it is not open at 7am. I waited 30…read moreminutes before going back home because nobody was there to open the store. This is important as some people need to do their laundry bright and early to get to work on time. I'm not the only person, there are other reviews that say the same, but nothing has been done about this issue. It's still a great place to do laundry but the hours need to be consistant and if its not actually open at 7am, there needs to be a notification posted on the door or something so we aren't all just sitting in the parking lot.
