The communication and professionalism have been extremely disappointing. We own a business, and our AC has been leaking. They came out to inspect the issue, we paid the required 50% deposit, and scheduled the repair for the following Friday since we don't have clients that day. We were specifically told it would be a 4-5 hour job, so we scheduled the appointment for 9:00 AM to ensure the work would be completed before we closed at 3:00 PM. The day before the appointment, we received a confirmation text showing an 11:00 AM arrival instead of the 9:00 AMappointment we had scheduled. At no point did anyone contact us to ask if this change worked for us or even notify us that our appointment had been rescheduled. They simply changed the time and sent a confirmation text. Once we realized the change, we called the company and explained that we had specifically scheduled 9:00 AM because we were told the repair would take 4-5 hours. We were assured the technician would arrive at 11:00 AM and complete the work. By 12:00PM, the technician still hadn't arrived. Despite explaining multiple times that we are a business with a limited schedule and that we close at 3:00 PM, we were simply told our appointment window was 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. They also claimed the repair wasn't actually a five-hour job--which only raised another question: if that's true, why were we originally told to expect a 4-5 hour repair? Changing a customer's appointment time without confirming it first, arriving well outside the promised time, and showing little regard for a business customer's schedule is simply unprofessional. Poor communication, missed expectations, and no regard for a customer's schedule--especially for a business that planned around their availability.

Tech came out and was very nice and respectful of my property. He had to go into the attic and found that the cover was dislodged. He put the cover back on and A/C worked! Was an easy fix but he didn't try to con me and told me the truth. After, he checked the cooling temperature and measured the level of coolant. Gave me straight answers with no bs.
