Spent a few times too many and wasted a cumulative 5 hours of my life here. The only positive…read morecomment I can come up with was that Cory (and some other guy) was very helpful and patient trying to troubleshoot my dad's phone. We decided to go to another AT&T in Killeen on Central Texas Expy to try and resolve my dad's issue and within a few minutes, they realized that the phone itself was defective and promptly sent it off for replacement per his warranty (it was only 2 months old). So, if you have a faulty phone in need of repair or replacement, this particular location on Stan Schlueter is not the place for you. They will just tell you to call a 1-800 number.. smh. (#1)
