I would drive to Temple, Harker Heights or Belton or anywhere else before visiting this particular store. They have one person working in the evenings, when everybody else is off work and I was told the better hours or to come are during the day, of course, while everybody else is working. There are 128,000 people in Killeen, +36,000 soldiers and their families and they have one person working in the evening at this store! When you walk in you're left standing in the middle of the store with nobody paying absolutely any attention to you until you get the attention of the one person there, an then finally he says, I'll get you checked in, only after I asked him if I was supposed to check in. Finally, he went around to everybody and started checking them in, regardless as to what order the people came in the door. I, also like the person who left the message before me, walked out! And I went one step further and called AT&T and talked to someone about this store. AT&T actually gave me a $23.00 discount off my bill for my troubles! That was pretty cool of them! read more
