They employees were sweet as could be and helped her try on probably 13 different dresses. In the end, it was a hard choice because there were several contenders. Very disappointing service…read more Very disappointing service. When I purchased a dress, I specifically asked if I could return it, and I was told that I had 30 days to make a return. Today I went back to return the dress, and they refused to give me a refund. They said the only option was a gift card because, apparently, the return policy is 14 days, not 30. If I had been told the correct policy when I purchased the dress, I would have made my decision differently. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers should be given accurate information about the return policy at the time of purchase.
