The owner I think her name is Mrs. Betty? The sweetest lady I've met in a long time. As a 22 year old bride who is self-funding her entire wedding, she made me the bride of my dreams. She worked with me for days until I was happy. Not just until she made the sale, until I was ecstatic about being a bride even in the midst of all my planning. She not only gave me my absolute dream dress but she gave it to me within my budget and even threw in accessories, a veil, get-ready robe and so much more. Cinderella is an owned by woman who truly loves what she does and cares about the people she does it for, a literal fairy godmother. She made me the bride I always dreamt of being and I know my wedding will be something out of a fairytale because of her. I recommend her to any and every bride who wants their wedding day to feel like a dream. read more

We came in for a last min dress for a JROTC Ball. Literally days before. The boutique owner was so very kind & gracious with her time. I gave her my daughters average sizes in everyday clothes & let her know my budget, over the phone. I had a tight window in which to go dress hunting. She called me back promptly with 3 dresses pulled & being held for my DD to try on that might work... informing me there may be more, but she thought these might work best. Upon arrival I had my breath taken away by the array of glamorous dresses everywhere! It was such a Blessing to find such a formal shop, with high-end, red-carpet treatment. I'm a disabled, single mom. She took care of EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING! She helped my DD in & out of the dresses, as I sat anxiously awaiting my DD to grace the room in lovely gown, after lovely gown. It brought tears to my eyes to see my DD being treated like a Real Princess! My DD has not had it easy. Trauma has interrupted her life, in more than one way. Feeling like a princess was the furthest thing from her mind. So Very Grateful for this boutiques ethics, moral fortitude, & customer service!! We are customers for life!! read more

Great little Boutique! Staff was very accommodating and helped me out at last notice. I had never been to a formal dress store before, so I didn't know that most places like this recommend booking an appointment. When I showed up out of the blue they were willing to fit me in and help me find a dress for my formal event (that was only 2 weeks away!). Not only did I find a dress but I was also able to have it tailored through them in under a week! Thank you!!! read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!! Learn from my mistake, don't spend/waste your money here. Buyer beware. We were looking to buy a tux for my son for prom. We wanted a rental style that was adjustable so he could wear it more than once as he grew. They ordered a tailored tux. When it showed up and we said it wasn't what we asked for, they said there were no returns or refunds. When we reminded them we asked for an adjustable suit they said the person who helped us was new, as if somehow that made it not their fault. Never got a refund, and we never accepted delivery of the tux. Wasted almost $400 read more

There is no need to reply. YOU ALL should've did a better job. YOU ALL failed to notice the color variations...YOU ALL did NOT do your job. The only way to rectify anything is to give my mother her money back, which you won't do because you're money hungry. Oh and did I mention, I just looked at my wedding dress and seen it was a 2XL?!? No wonder when I went to get it altered the lady was puzzled as I am no where near a dag'on 2XL. I am so glad that I have persuaded people from coming to you and your business with your overpriced dresses. Prayers that you are guided to do the right thing by people and MAYBE your business will prosper. If I could blacklist you through the military, I would, that's how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this business. Good day! read more

Can you give negative stars? I went here to find a evening dress and the lady helping me was sooooo pushy on dresses I didn't like. She constantly complained I needed to up my price range and just settle (which was 250) on a dress. After I started to leave and didn't want to try on anything else did she try to be nice and friendly and show me nicer dresses. No dress is worth being pressured into. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Hello, I ordered this dress from Florida site unseen via the telephone for my sister's wedding in March 2016. She said she wanted to go with a local Christian store and dresses should be about $100.00, I looked up different reviews from my location and didn't see anything that threw up red flags or green ones so I went along, hurried and purchased my dress. I asked the sales attendant, how long would it take, can you ship it directly to me, can you add that into the cost since I will not be in Killeen until the wedding. I also informed the sales attendant that I need my dress ASAP, because I will have to get it altered out of state and it will have to fit before I come to Killeen. I gave her my measurements over the phone reluctantly since I had been to a few bridal stores and it was my bust/hip/waist only and was assured this is done all the time and it will be no issues. Well the issues begin when I called a few weeks after the purchase of my dress on Nov 3 2015 for $132.17 and was told all the dresses had to be dipped at the same time so they could match and I had to wait for the rest of the bridal party. If I did not call this information would not have been given to me. Since the other girls still had not found a dress that fit or still had to pay which would cause a delay on my end. I informed Cinderella Couture again that I did not live there my dress was paid for and I could not wait for the rest of the girls. I requested right before Thanksgiving for me and my other sisters dress to be dipped now so that I could get mine ASAP. I was told it would not take long and could be done. During this entire ordeal I was unaware that the company was talking to my sister (the bride) instead of listening to my specific instructions about the dress I purchased and not contacting me. Which brought agitation because I was not in the loop on my own purchase. I called to check the status again and reminded them I needed the dress as soon as possible and could not wait for the rest of the bridesmaids who had a fitting issue since I did not live there and they seem to be continuiously confused. I was extremely stressed and frustrated by the entire ordeal and wished I had went to David's bridal. Once my dress was ready I did not get a call, I had to call the store because I heard through the grapevine it maybe ready?!?!..why cause again no one was talking to me directly about my merhchadise I had already paid for. I asked my other sister to go pick it up she grabbed it on the December 19th and for $20 shipped it to me priority. I recieved it on 31 of December 2015 and was heart broken to find out it was an XL!! The dress was about a size + some too big...now what. If I hadn't ask to have it rushed 10 times I would be dealing with this issue right before a wedding. So now in Florida with a dress I can use as a blanket that cost $152 with shipping and I have to find a person to cut it all the way down and make it fit. I went to a local bridal store and the seamstress sized it and pinned it and said it will cost $150!!! I was like what the heck, she said I have to redo the entire dress (which I already knew) so now I am at $302.17 for a 1 time dress. If you live in Killeen your experience maybe much better but if you are out of state just go through a David's bridal where you can actually walk in a store try on a dress and get alterations in one place without dealing with so much confusion. I would give it one star if I could... especially after recieving a call on 25 Jan 2016 questioning me where I live due to this review (their response) (when Cinderalla Couture has all my information I used to buy the dress is in the store) saying "you could have had enough money to travel here and stay in a hotel buy a couple of meals..... (This is not true I am 16 hours away in a car...the nerve). If someone can't get the initial order correct on a wedding atire for someone's BIG day and keep me informed why would I spend another dime allowing them to cut it up right before the event? Again you may have a better experience if you live in Killeen. If you are military like me and have bridesmaid out of state please pick a place they all can walk into or it may end up more aggrivating and costly then neccessary. read more

Cinderella Couture - This is XL, I am a medium, cost $150 to fix it. The back is all extra material, I'm so disappointed!!! - Bridal Near Me - Killeen, Texas

Great place and customer service for dress alterations. I received my bridesmaids dress for an out of town wedding and it was HUGE! At least 1 full size too big. I took the dress in on the Saturday before I left for the wedding. By Tuesday, I got a call that said my dress was done. They understood that I needed the dress ASAP and they delivered. The dress was also altered perfectly (due to the corset/boning) the dress literally had to be reconstructed! It looked perfect and fit amazingly! Very happy with this store-- would go back again. read more

They are really really nice here. The staff is great and friendly and very knowledgeable. I don't know about the comments below mine, but there are these things such as an 'order number' and a 'color number.' These are specific 'numbers' that is provided so you get the correct color, style, length, etc. Considering people are here for their weddings/important events, it's probably common sense to be very specific and thorough ESPECIALLY on your big day. Also, I don't know why people would complain about a $25 charge to try on dresses and get their fitting. The business gave you their time and consideration, stop being a free baller and expect everything to be free. At least be thankful someone gave you their undivided attention to have a perfect idea for a dress. read more

I understand why they took the review section off their Facebook page now. The only time those women even pay attention to you is when they want to tell you what the rules are. When you're wedding dress shopping or any type of formal even the experience is suppose to be fun. I had a horrible experience years ago and thought maybe it had gotten better and went back yesterday with a friend and there is no other word to define this place other than. HORRIBLE--snobby attitudes on all the staff---I couldn't even check my phone(text messages, etc) without the woman jumping down my throat to tell me no pictures were allowed and was rude about it. I wasn't even taking pictures. I will officially NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend anyone there and I work in the wedding industry so they made a huge mistake! Walked in with my parents at 3:15 because the sign on the door said they closed at 6, so we came in and didn't feel welcomed or comfortable. We just walked in when she basically scooted us out of the door. She was very rude when she said they were closing at 4 and already had someone coming in. She asked if we were gonna buy today & what are budget was VERY loudly, she was just extremely rude! My mom instantly got upset because of the unwelcoming vibe and such a rude tone, I couldn't say I was going to buy today if I couldn't find a dress that fit or that I loved. Regardless of the time, she should have welcomed us In, when someone is willing to spend hundreds of dollars your customer service better be A1 and let me tell you, it was not. Terrible, she lost my business, definitely went else where! read more

Pushy sales girl talked 18 yr granddaughter into a prom dress. She was told she could not take pics and share for opinions until she paid for it. 24 hrs later she realized she really did not like the dress, it was still in bag and no alterations. She called them asking about refund or store credit and was laughed at. Learned later the dress was very small and she was only one to even try it on because of size. Sounds like they know the dress won't sell. The sales person even knew she was daughter of disabled veteran. Pretty sad for a shop in a military town to take advantage of her. I understand why no returns but dress has not been touched nor altered and not understanding why no store credit so can get something she actually wants to wear at her Sr prom. Shops from Waco to Austin at least let customer share pics of dresses before buying. Shoppers beware and don't let someone talk you into something you won't really be happy with. read more

I went here to get alterations on a formal gown I had purchased online for an Army ball. I was in a rush (less than a week out from the wear date) and it had to come in several sizes in some areas, so I was a little nervous leaving the dress with someone I didn't know, but they were the closest formal gown alterations that would take me on such short notice. When I called to set up the appointment, the young lady who answered was polite and helpful, but the true customer service came when I went in for my fitting appointment. The alterations lady was soooo sweet and made me feel immediately at ease. She talked about different options with me and we decided on the best course of action to get the dress fitted properly in time. When the day of the final fitting came, the alterations were PERFECT and I truly looked like a southern belle in my ball gown. An added bonus was that the alterations lady (whom had never seen my husband) recognized by last name and the fact that I had mentioned Army life that she had seen my husband on the news the night before. Now THAT is paying attention to your customers! I was extremely pleased with the final bill of $85, which is about $100 less than any other major alteration bill I've ever received. I'll continue to use Cinderella Couture and suggest it to friends as well! This is an awesome small-town shop that would be perfect for your wedding, prom, formal event, or military function needs! read more

Two stars is generous. They are very rude and have an attitude and act inconvenienced. I was a bridesmaid in my friend wedding and got my feed from here. I was left waiting in the dressing room for 30 mins alone waiting to get measured for alterations. Only one of us bridesmaids got our straps sewn completely on and the rest were only half way on so we had to pin them the day of! read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The sales lady was beyond rude. My party and I made an appointment for the bridal gowns. When we arrived were were told to wait in the prom dress room, 10 minutes later the chick decided she would honor our appointment and led us into the bridal room where our bride was instructed of her size and that she could only look at the dresses in three sizes. This totaled 8, yes EIGHT dresses. When she pointed out that the dress on the mannequin was exactly what she wanted for a dress the lady informed her that 'she had just dressed the mannequin and was not undressing it for 1 week' and that 'we could come back next Saturday and try on that specific dress' (note, only 4 of the 30 buttons on the back of the dress were even done, it would have taken minimal effort to slide the dress off of the body.) Another negative about this place is that they do not allow you to take pictures, and even do not allow for any devices to be in anyones hands during the time that someone is in a dress. This was absolutely CRAZY since our bride's mother lives across the country and wanted to be apart of the appointment via a video chat. This of course, was not allowed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIE HELL OF A BRIDAL BOUTIQUE. IT ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR BRIDE AND HAS LEFT A PERMANENT BAD TASTE IN HER MOUTH. read more

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews. Their Facebook page does not show many dresses so, I was concerned about the selection. The location is close to my house so, I figured that it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. Upon entering the shop, the ladies were pleasant. I am a size 16/18 lady so, I was worried they wouldn't have anything my size. To my suprise, they did. I told her that I was a fan of A line and ballgown dresses. When she entered with the first dress, she stated that it was to see what size we were needing. As soon as the dress was on, I knew that I had found my wedding dress. It instantly spoke to me. My sister's agreed. I tried on two more dresses. Both of which were beautiful. To be honest, the second dress was a very close second to my first choice. My wedding will be in the evening so, the beads and stones will sparkle. I'm not a 'girly' girl but, this dress was made for me. The ladies were very helpful in choosing and accommodating my sister's and I. Try it out. You will be surprised too! read more

I recently got engaged and wanted to do some dress shopping so I picked Cinderella Couture. I'm not looking to buy anything yet because my wedding is over a year away. So we go in and it's apt only in there but we ask if we can just look at what they have. We were told there is a procedure. Nobody was in there and they even had the lights turned off... they were not busy at all. So they lady rudely says, "Fine, go sit on the couch, don't get up or touch anything" EXCUSE ME?!? They acted like we were coming in with paint and scissors! We just wanted to look. Took the excitement right out of my day! Went to Brides Request and More after and they were awesome. Had a good selection and the lady in there was great. They restock every three months and she going to find a dress just for me when they restock. Go to Brides Request instead! First, DO NOT be invited to a quinceanera during prom, you will be called a lier. Second, if you pay the extra $50 for expedited shipping and it doesn't show up you will not be reimbursed. They did however get my son a tux to wear......granted it did have trash in the pockets from whoever had worn it before, and the jacket was way to big. Also, think twice about buying a pocket square, because when the tux didn't show up neither did the pocket square and you will be out that money as well. I will be looking somewhere else for Shoemaker's prom next year. read more

We went to purchase a homecoming dress. The lady working was very helpful. My daughter tried in 3 dresses and fell in love with the second one. The quality of the dress is good. I tried on several dresses and found one in the wrong size and color but the lady said she could order it in my size and in a jewel tone red. She said it would only take a week to come in but 3 weeks later when I called the lady on the phone got upset that I wasn't being patient and they would call when it came in. A week later (full month after ordering) I was called to say my dress was in. I knew immediately that the super bright red was the wrong color and the beading was super cheap looking and tacky. (It looked fine on the nude baby pink dress they had in store but the beads don't even match the dress) I sent pictures to the bride who is out of state and there is no way to work this into the color scheme of her wedding. The lady offered to sell me a second dress as there is a no return or exchange policy and the only solution she could give me was to pay for another dress and pray it comes in in time. Now I'm stuck with a dress that I can never wear and have to scramble to find another dress elsewhere. Be aware that you will be charged shipping on top of tax and the price of your dress. If I could give negative stars it definitely would merit that. You are better off trying to get your dress from one of those nightmare online store from China read more

I went to their opening in Killeen on 03/07/15 and the store is nice. It's not a place where you can go browse around and look at dresses; you have to be helped by someone. You can either tell them what you are looking for or they can bring in what they think fits you best. Sheralyn helped me and was very unprofessional and pushy. She was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. She put me in a dressing room and brought dresses in for me to try on. They don't let you put the dresses on yourself; they have to help you because if you get makeup on it, rip it, or etc., then you have to buy it. To avoid getting makeup on a dress, you have to put a white hairnet over your face. You also are not allowed to take pictures of yourself in the dresses either. As I tried on dresses, she was saying whatever she thought I wanted to hear to make a sale. It was just too much and didn't sound genuine at all. There was one dress I tried on that I really liked, but when I saw the price, which was $850, I told her I wasn't willing to spend that much on a dress I was going to use for one day. She didn't like that and tried to sell me packages that would include tuxedos, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. She wanted me to buy a package that was $1,600 and when I said no again, that's when she really got ugly with me and I just left. Ultimately, I went in there with the true intention of buying a dress, but her poor attitude and condescending tone lost my business. read more

I am incredibly unhappy with the way I was treated at your establishment. I brought in a bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago to be pinned and altered. I had read decent reviews about the company and did not think I would have the experience I had. After I was informed my dress was ready for pick up I tried it on and it was still much too big. I got a little nervous thinking that the dress would not be done in time if I had to have it altered a second time but was assured by the sales associate that all would be well. She called the seamstress to come and repin the dress and I waited patiently for a half an hour for her to arrive. When she got there she immediately stated that she wasn't supposed to come into work until 1230 and she wasn't happy that she had to be called in at 1030. She told me to go into the dressing room and wait for her. While I was waiting I overheard her complaining to the associate about how she was in a terrible mood because some foreign language speaking man called and woke her up. She then came into the dressing room and started shaking her finger in my face saying "and you were supposed to be here last week to try the dress on" I explained that I did not receive a phone call and had to call myself to find out if the dress was ready. I tried to explain to her the areas in the dress that were still too large and she cut me off and told me not to tell her how to do her job. I felt like my space was being invaded and her shouting made me very uncomfortable to the point I started tearing up. Through the tears I said maybe I should take my business elsewhere I am just wanting my dress to fit. She started grabbing and pinching at the sides of my dress to pin and said that won't be necessary you will have to pay anyways I might as well fix this. She then tried to give me a very half hearted apology and remind me that she had been woken up by a foreign speaking man (very racist I might add). I left the business feeling very upset and concerned that my dress would be a mess. I got home and cried to my husband about the whole ordeal. When I went to pick up the dress today I was sick to my stomach. I tried the dress on and now it is way to tight in the bust and the sleeves barely fit over my arms. I cannot breath in the dress and have to get it altered elsewhere. I was still forced to pay the $70 dollars for a dress that does not fit me. I have never in my life encountered such a rude unprofessional individual. I am a very easy going, happy person and have never been made to feel the way this establishment made me feel. I now have to find another seamstress who can correct these mistakes and have it ready for me within a week. I am hoping that by emailing you, you can make things right. I am flabbergasted that I had to pay for a product that was not to my liking especially after the way I was treated. read more

I just love Cinderella Couture, and I love Miss Betty! They take excellent care of the dresses they have in the store. They are all covered in plastic so they don't get dirty and aren't missing buttons, sequins, jewels, etc., like most dress shops. There's nothing that irritates me more than spending so much money on a dress that is disgustingly soiled with makeup or that has missing stones, buttons, or tears. They have strict policies on how to try on dresses, but it's only to make sure the dress remains soil free from makeup stains, etc.My daughter has purchased two dresses from this store, and I cannot say enough good things about the alterations. Miss Betty hired my 16 year old niece to fill in for some of her employees around prom. My niece worked 2 hours on one day and 3 the next for training and then was suppose to work from 11 to 6 on Saturday. At 4 she was told she could leave because they were not busy. They handed her and another girl that worked the same hours and days $36.25 in cash apiece. My niece called me because she did not think this was right. I called and talked to Betty and she told me she did not pay for training and was just going to give her $10 a day for gas. I let her know that was not acceptable and against the law and she said that all my niece did was try on dresses and we just need to call it even. I asked about this and was told it was a lie and Miss Renee told them to try 1 on so they know how to fit customers. I once again called Betty and was told she did not pay for training and that to bad I called and complained because she would have used her again to work. I asked why she would have wanted to if all she did was try on dresses? I then told her that I was calling the Workforce Commission on Monday and would let everyone know what kind of employer she was. She tried to back peddle and said she never said she wasn't going to pay them but it would have to be on Monday because she did not have anymore "funds" in the store. Sad to say I spent thousands in this store 2 years ago for my wedding. Sorry that I supported a "local business" that takes advantage of their employees and kids trying to start first jobs. read more
