I wore the boot the next…read moreday for my birthday to church December 4, 2022 and when I got home the bottom of the heel was missing. On December 5, 2022 I went back to the store in Killeen Mall to exchange the boot. I didn't want any money back just an exchange. I was told once the item leave the store they can't take it back because it can't be put back out for purchase.. Meanwhile there was another customer there who purchased a purse and the purse wouldn't open she was told the same thing.. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. They sell defective products and refuse to make things right.. I will never ever shop there again and I suggest if you want good product for your hard earned money..DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL REGRET THAT YOU DID..
