But Saturday I went in and bought one pair of scrubs pants, there was a girl and what seemed to be a new hire behind the register and they were very kind, and helpful. Well I ended up buying the wrong size, when I got home to try them on, I pulled them up and accidentally pulled the tag off the pants. They didn't fit anyways so I went to return them. I was aware that the return.exchange policy called for the tags to be attached, but I tried anyways, and was prepared to get denied. I walked in and the same new hire was behind the register, with another guy, I have no idea who he was or what it name was. I grabbed the right size and brought both bottoms up to the register and asked for an exchange. Before even letting me finish the other guy (not the new hire) says "do you have your receipt?" very rude. I handed everything over, and said "hey I do know that the tag is off, but I just bought them 2 days ago, I swear I didn't wear them...." and again before finishing my statement he cuts me off and raises his voice and says "So the next time you buy something from us you HAVE to make sure the tag is attached" in a very snarky tone of voice. I said "yes I understand, and im sorry" he then looks at me and says "I remember everyones face who comes in here with returns and exchanges, so I will remember you if you ever try to return something without the tags attached again." I just stood there and stared at him, totally baffled. He then says "but ill do it this time as a courtesy, everyone deserves a courtesy but don't let it happen again" 1: I was prepared to have to eat the cost of those pants because I knew the tag was removed, and I was aware of the policy 2: I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude, and condescending tone. I cannot believe that a kid, probably close to half my age spoke to me that way. I will never be returning to this store again. Shop with caution.

I feel like for the last few years they have been drifting away from who they are and who they claim to serve, trying to capitalize on fashion trends instead of actual useful tactical clothing. Example, skinny jeans, tight stretchy (tactical) shorts, obnoxious trendy colors etc. There are still a few articles for people that conceal carry, barely. A majority of the shorts for example seem designed to CAUSE a carry gun to "print". If you don't know what that means you shouldn't shop here. One pair of shorts I tried on with a SMALL 380 pistol in a sticky holster actually stuck OUT of the pocket... really.... The only 2 that were worth looking at were the Stryke $80, and the Pro tac $65. Neither were available in my size and or color. I also feel like the price is high, I don't have a "government department" to pay for my clothes, I have to do it myself. But hey, Erica was great!

I have employees who have been waiting on long sleeved shirts for over a year. With winter coming again this is unacceptable. "Forgot to order them for us." Last year I was told a style of pants and shirts I needed were backordered by the company. I called that company and got the items even cheaper. They were not too pleased galls was telling customers their product was backordered when they were not. Save yourself a headache shop elsewhere.
