They checked in on us and numerous customers as we were looking through the great selection. They greeted us upon entering the store and told us about the bargains for the day. No matter how many times we asked for help reaching boxes on the upper shelves Nicole never complained, but happily brought over the ladder to assist us. We have never experienced this great of customer service at this location. When we came back today, it was a different crew working. They weren't unfriendly but definitely not the same level of service - we weren't greeted nor did they check in to see how a new shoe hunt was going. We will be back for sure!

On December 5, 2022 I went back to the store in Killeen Mall to exchange the boot. I didn't want any money back just an exchange. I was told once the item leave the store they can't take it back because it can't be put back out for purchase.. Meanwhile there was another customer there who purchased a purse and the purse wouldn't open she was told the same thing.. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. They carry popular brands like Birkenstock, Doc Martens, etc. The store itself is clean and well organized. But the staff is lazy and doesn't speak very kindly to customers. They don't greet you when you walk in, and are very put off when you ask any questions. When I was checking out the girl pretty much just tossed the shoe box at me and continued talking to her friend. For such a nice store, the employees really bring the value of the store down. Quite disappointing. However, I'm happy with my new shoes, but won't be back to this particular location. It's clear that he knows feet as well as he knows shoes. Steven was wonderful in working with my nearly 90-year-old mother whose feet are challenging to fit -- they're small but wide, and one is about a half-size larger than the other. Steven showered my mom with patience, kindness and care while dispensing his exceptionally good advice and finding good shoes for her to try on. He even applied heel grips for her until she felt comfortable with the fit and directed her away from socks he thought wouldn't be good for her. She put on the socks he chose as soon as she got home and loved them instantly! I thought service like Steven's went out in the '60s but you can find it here.
