Even though there was a lot of traffic at the Ross I worked at, and I worked at night, for the most part, in the day time, the Ross I worked at was well put together and wasn't as messy as this one. Granted, there wasn't much on the racks for clothes and such, it was still a huge mess. Especially, the clearance sections and the home good isles. I noticed it didn't seem like they had a lot of workers out in the day time neither hence why it was probably messy as well but either way. More workers started showing up once the line got super long, they had everyone "man," the registers. Again, I've been told that business' in this area isn't always the best due to the area being impoverished. I guess, that could be the case and I find that a little infuriating because I feel that it's very stereotypical. The lines are long and the service isn't always the greatest but it's retail and for me, that's expected (a wait, sometimes bad service). I have experienced better but maybe I was here on a bad day.
