Johnnie's is the kind of place that reminds you how much great service and genuine people matter!…read moreThe front desk staff was attentive, sweet, and down-to-earth, making the whole experience welcoming from the start. The gentleman who tailored my outfit was genuine, knowledgeable, and honest. You can tell he takes pride in his craft and truly cares about his customers. He even recommended some great places to eat, which was a thoughtful touch! The turnaround time was quick, and they delivered exactly as promised. The tailoring was on point, and the dry cleaning was top-tier as well. Quality work, great customer service, and people who genuinely care about what they do. I appreciate the value and quality that goes into choosing Johnnie's for my tailor and dry cleaning needs. I was asked specific questions about my personal taste for measurement confirmation and my fit is beyond perfect. The price matches the quality received ten fold. I really appreciate the hustle and professionalism at Johnnie's. They've definitely earned my business, and I'll be back! Highly recommend!

They worked magic on a carpet that I had neglected and mistreated with animals, a social life, and an unpredictable and embarrassing cleaning schedule. I'll post before and after shots later, but please just take my word for it, their work is fast, efficient, and absolutely worth the (very fair) price. Would absolutely use their services in the future. Thank you.

Didn't respond to messages, texts, or calls and their voicemail was full. Which, of course, means that we now have to scramble to find a service at the last minute -- right before a holiday weekend -- before a new family was scheduled to move in. The snowball effect on everyone is quite impactful and costly. We just wish they could have had the courtesy to answer the phone or say they weren't coming, so we would've had an opportunity to find a replacement. But now, three sets of people are inconvenienced without as much as a text or "Sorry."

The personnel are respectful and seem to run an ethical business. I would highly recommend ELITE CLEANERS in the Harker Heights area. I have experienced poor ethics and lack of professionalism from other cleaners in the area, such as handwritten dry cleaning slips and no pricing provided from HEIGHTS CLEANERS.

I would recommend this place for their customer service and will keep using them for my alterations and uniform dry cleanings.

I was exactly one week late to pick up my dry cleaning. on Tuesday, I did go to pick up my two pairs of slacks. The lady who did not take my order had helped me. She entered my phone number and became upset. Asking out loudly, "Why is her [me] stuff in the employees rack, labeled me!?" The older woman who took my information appeared to have claimed my items, just after 7 days. I was so disgusted to learn that a small mom and pop business would attempt to pull something so petty and tacky on a loyal customer. I do not recommend Valet Cleaners. Employees should not covet your goods and orchestrate the stealing of your clothing. Shameful and tacky, the woman who intended to steal my things, could not look any of us in the eye. Hate to say it but it seems everyone there understood what she was trying to finagle. THUMBS DOWN, THEIF!!!
