After ordering our tub, we were contacted once it was built and everything was scheduled quickly and in time slots that worked for us. Installation was a snap, and the guys putting the tub in place and getting it setup, were very informational and patient for all my newbie questions. MN Hot Tubs even recommended "Bob" the Electrician who was super friendly and even helped answer some hot tub questions that I had as a new owner. We have had our tub now for a month and we use it almost every other day. I am writing this to say that I am completely satisfied and would recommend Minnesota Hot tubs to all my family and friends. If you are unsure, just stop in and ask for Mark. He helped us and really works hard to make sure you get the answers you need around Hot tubs.
