From newborns to adolescents they show the same level of care. Dr Beebe is my son's doctor but we have also seen Dr Wyatt and the NP on occasion for emergencies (a cut forehead requiring stitches and a thumb that was shut in a door are among the more exciting trips we've made here). Dr Beebe takes the time to listen and has helped me tremendously with my son in matters requiring a doctor's expert knowledge (my son likes to know "why" he has to do certain things). He's also worked with me and my son to address my son's ADHD. When my son was losing weight due to the meds, he referred me to a psychiatrist who could help us better manage the meds. It's all about teamwork and having Dr Beebe as a part of my son's team has been a Godsend. We highly recommend Dr Beebe and the entire team here. Oh, and each room has a different theme which makes the visits fun!

They NEVER reply acknowledging receipt and the ALLEGED nurses make the decisions, NOT the doctor. So, in most cases, the doctor doesn't know you made any medicine request. This goes for other messages thru the patient portal. The alleged nurses in the call center make the decisions. Who died and left the bogus nurses in the call center in charge. If you want to be ignored, this is the medical practice to go to." These issues are at ALL of their locations !! When a patient dies due to their negligence, maybe, just maybe they will change their policies. The owner (Dr. Dacelin St. Martin) has to be ignorant to how patients are ignored. Or he doesn't care. If it was possible they deserve MINUS stars.

I met Dr. Stephanie (Kirkconnell) for a prenatal visit and thought she was great. I also liked the online portal that Alliance Pediatrics has, the office was clean, and the staff was friendly. So we went with them and have been so happy with the care our daughter has received. Dr. Stephanie really takes her time at each visit - I have never felt the least bit rushed and I have had plenty of questions! The triage nurse is fantastic; she always calls back quickly when we have questions between appointments and has very clear instructions from the doctor. Sometimes Dr. Stephanie calls back if it's a more nuanced question or she wants to talk to my husband or I directly. Dr. Stephanie's nurse Shannon is also super-nice and great with babies. Our daughter had terrible silent reflux and needed an unusual prescription (one usually only prescribed for adults). Dr. Stephanie and Shannon spent over 2 hours on the phone with the insurance company and pharmacy to get everything straightened out and the medication approved. They truly care about each patient and family. I couldn't be happier with Alliance and Dr. Stephanie, and I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, we're moving out of state - just to tell you how much I like her, the first thing I said to my husband when he told me about the job offer in California was that I didn't want to leave our pediatrician!! Other important details - we have always been able to get an appointment within a few hours if our daughter is sick; they participate in an after-hours/weekend pediatrics clinic at UF so you don't have to bring your child to urgent care when the office is closed; and parking is easy.
