Everyone that works in this place is wonderful. They care about trying to help you. They listen to you and try so hard to resolve whatever issues you are having. I really can't say enough good things about Absolute Health. I have severe lung issues so someone with a cough scares me but at this place if you are contagious they will see you in your car or bring you in a back door. I think that's so smart. I followed my physician when she moved to this practice. Although I love my physician, I am forced to interact with the staff and the portal more often than the physician. The staff's instructions and responses to my inquiries were incorrect about 85% of the time. Also they do not use their portal effectively. I complained numerous times and was told the software "does not do that"; however, I have another physician that uses the same software and it is excellent. Today was the straw on the camels back. I have had a broken ankle for what seven weeks now I have yet to get an MRI or get them to get the orthopedist codes correctly. David was extremely rude, pompas and arrogant to me on the phone. They keep promising me they'll fix the situation. They do not week seven and I get nothing but disrespect on the phone. I now have to call a new doctor absolutely most horrible. I've had a heart attack that be dead today with kind of treatment I'm getting and attention. read more

The Absolute Health office is the most disorganized doctor's office I have ever visited. The staff lacks a modicum of integrity. They will tell you what they believe you want to hear and when it comes time for the service you discussed, the story will be totally different. Stay as far away from this practice as you can and find a doctor's office that has some integrity, I would never recommend anyone visit Absolute Health. Since starting there 6+ months ago, I have been so happy. If I call, I can typically get in right away. I believe in treating without drugs first in most situations and they have the same philosophy. overall, no complaints. I've been taking my kids to Alexis Dillard for almost a year (1 month shy of a year) she is amazing and so helpful. I have been seen by her also and she's very thorough and answers all my concerns when I have them. The reception area is always very pleasant, sometimes hard to get ahold of however when I call to make or confirm appointments. I'll report back next year to update on our quality of care read more

DO NOT GO HERE.....This place is a quack shack. I went in there because I was sick and needed help. Not only did they not want to treat me they told me to go home. Can you believe I actually got charged for the "visit"!!! I ended up having to go to the ER with Sepsis and they told me to go home and charged me. The front desk girl is very rude and I heard her gossiping about another patients issures to the rest of the staff up there so I guess they don't follow the law either. There is not one true MD in the place either. I am going to the Better Business Bureau with this and already retained an attorney for mal nonpractice. read more

Dr.hansen is the worst Dr. I have ever been to I have been with her for 4 months and three of the months she sent the wrong medication to my Pharmacy which made me go a couple to a few days without my medicine and then withdrawals start. She did this three times in a row she can't remember anything and if you try talking to her about the mistake she made she gets a bad attitude and walks out the door she's only good for simple checkups if you need real help do not go to Dr.hansen. look at the reviews from people that work there you will laugh they might have good ratings on their actual website but the ratings are for other doctors she's not even listed as a doctor in that office I've lost twenty pounds since I've been seeing her because she kept making the same mistake over and over and over either sending the wrong DEA number with my medication and then when she fixes it she sends the right DEA number with the wrong medication I don't know what's wrong with her but I think she might want to go get personally checked out by a psychologist she was asking me questions that I answered on intake and then acted surprised when I told her the answers that she already knew,what a joke! And then she tried to start her own practice and failed at that proof's in the pudding read more

Lots to say about this practice, none of it is good. They are thieves. They over bill insurance, charge you for missed appointments you didn't actually miss and will not answer the phone in the billing department. Read other reviews, same thing, stealing people's money and inappropriately billing insurance. I have never seen an actual M.D at absolute health. Only NP's and when I asked to make an appointment with the doctor I was told "absolutely not". They bill your insurance. If you have more than one prescription, they bill your insurance the highest amount possible (99214). They are frauds and need to be exposed and shut down if they can't run their practice appropriately. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as the OPMC and a few other reporting and insurance agencies. They messed with the wrong patient. I have tried to be kind and professional every time I have to deal with them, and they mistake kindness for weakness. I have made an appointment with a more reputable practice and hope to be able to tell them to send my records elsewhere as soon as possible. read more
