You'll get far better results by visiting in person and speaking face to face. The turnover among administrative staff has been unusually high, though it seems to have stabilized recently. On the positive side, prescriptions are processed and sent to the pharmacy promptly. The reception area is large, comfortable, and offers free Wi‑Fi. Parking is generally adequate, although there are too few handicap spaces. The atmosphere can feel a bit impersonal at times, but that's to be expected--it's a business, after all.

Went for a sore throat and bad stomach pains, got ran with multiple tests and scans ( as were all the others waiting for the scans with me, for things that didn't even require them..) for the Dr to come in for 1 minutes and say nah you're okay... I'm still paying this off a year later, 700 dollars more to go.. Makes me not want to got to a doctor unless I'm dying.

Well we are way past that "time" and my husband is no better, actually worse. His original ailment has not improved but instead worse. We don't know how this Dr is still in practice after googling him. His rate of complications are way above other surgeons. There has been many newspaper articles regarding this. Two patients died soon after surgery. He also stabbed someone citing self defense and untruthfully answered questions from the medical board. Use caution and research before using this Doctor. After legal advice, we will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Medical Board. Our review for him is ZERO stars.

They were extremely kind and caring, explained everything and most importantly answered all my questions no matter how silly. They called me at home and went over everything before the surgery which put my mind at ease. The doctor and nurses were fantastic and I fell asleep quickly, waking up a short time later with everything done. Post op directions were given to me and my husband with paperwork as I was still a little groggy. I was wheeled out to our car and sent on my way with well wishes and instructions to call if needed. I didn't need to call because I followed all their instructions completely but the office did call and checked up on me. If I ever need more oral surgery I will go there again - but I'm hoping I don't have to!
