They moved quickly, addressed all my concerns, did the proper tests and treatments (I am a nurse and have been this route before) and sent me home with only necessary prescriptions. Questions were encouraged. This was done with a caring attitude and sense of humor from each and every one. I highly recommend this ER, including Dr Savko, Nurse Chris, and paramedic Eric.

The staff's instructions and responses to my inquiries were incorrect about 85% of the time. Also they do not use their portal effectively. I complained numerous times and was told the software "does not do that"; however, I have another physician that uses the same software and it is excellent. So prednisone should NOT have been given to him and now from the antibiotics his pee is almost orange!!! We're going to his regular doctor now to see the cause for this change in color. Found out this antibiotic can cause liver damage!!!! No one said a word!! Hope we don't have to call a lawyer!!! If you value your life DONT GO THERE!!!!
