In today's horrific healthcare environment, prompt service and being treated with respect is scarce, which makes experiences and businesses like this stand out. I have now seen several of the rotating Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, and every one of them has been warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I don't know how many they have on staff but they seem to have enough to serve everybody who comes in and very promptly as well. Overall bedside manner is warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping you. I never feel rushed through an appointment. My most recent visit involved what I believed was an ear infection, but it turned out to be more of an ear pH imbalance and irritation issue rather than anything severe. It is the kind of condition that can often be treated with simple over-the-counter remedies, yet it still helps to have a qualified medical provider evaluate it properly and point you in the right direction. Obviously, urgent care does not replace having a primary care physician. However, if you have no health insurance, very often you do not have a primary care physician either. That is the reality for millions of people who are unemployed, between jobs, self-employed, or simply not earning enough to absorb the monthly cost of a health plan. In the age of AI and economic disruption, more people are slipping through the cracks of healthcare than many care to admit. I do not currently make enough money to comfortably carry a monthly insurance plan, and I am not old enough for the next chapter of life, which is the Medicare age. Until then, clinics like Doctors Urgent Care provide an important bridge with reasonable self-pay pricing and accessible care. In a healthcare system wrought with obsessively high insurance costs and pharmaceutical companies earning billions each year while many Americans struggle to afford the basic necessities of life... this business is genuinely helping to fill an important gap for many people, which is why those five-star reviews continue.

When we went the second time, the same gal performed the blood draw and he said the same thing; it was as smooth and painless as he has ever had before so I got her name. Her name is Ebonette. We REQUEST her. We have been a couple times more since and she isn't always available, so these times a gal named Sabrina was just as smooth. We are SOOOOO grateful for these gals as they are SOOO professional. They are efficient at getting everyone seen as quickly and happily as possible. We have been there when it's slow and when it's busy and these ladies always keep a beautiful attitude and smile for everyone. They are beautiful women inside and OUT! We called immediately on 07/23/2025 and spoke with Casey rep at number provided 844-974-3800 and explained the situation that we were told BEFORE procedure took place that the insurance will cover cost of procedure. I even gave another insurance card Anthem to help cover cost of this bill. Now, again on 11/04/2025 we receive the same bill and same amount of $656.32 to pay. We called once again to resolve this bill and spoke to Martha on 12/02/2025, and once again explained mis- information given at time of making appointment and day of procedure. The rep. Martha responds were that insurance only paid $53.00 of bill, and the patient was responsible for the rest of bill. So, aside from already paying the amount of $144.36, now I needed to pay an additional cost amount of $656.32 more. To anyone understanding, this is an abuse of fraud and deception to obtain patients and then come with out-of-pocket cost to bills that otherwise would have been paid by the insurance. If we knew ahead of time that the insurance was going to cover very little at this location, I definitely I would have done procedure at another location. This is the reason for having insurance.

So many people just want the drugs, opiates from their pain n med MD, but Dr Clunn looks at the entire person-physically, emotionally, their life circumstance, etc. Ive never felt like she rushed me through even on one of the clinic's busiest days. . The waiting room was very clean with more than enough seating and there was a lady that welcomed me when I came in. She also cleaned the Kiosk after every person used them and was very helpful with instructions on how to sign in. My technician, Stacy was gentle taking my labs and was just so kind. Stacy deserves to be recognized for her quality work. Not that I like having my labs done because it usually hurts a lot but not with Stacy. In the future, I will definitely look forward to the outstanding care and service this office gives their patients.
