The staff's instructions and responses to my inquiries were incorrect about 85% of the time. Also they do not use their portal effectively. I complained numerous times and was told the software "does not do that"; however, I have another physician that uses the same software and it is excellent. After 3 months of frustrations, I have left this practice.
